Playplace closed for unknown reasons, I hope it's too early to clean or replace the yucky equipment. If it's cleaned properly, it could last forever, if it's never cleaned it ends up looking like it does on Railroad Ave. I would bring my cleaning wipes when we'd go here but there are not enough wipes to tackle the jungle gym in this place. I love you McDonald's so hopefully your kid zone is down to sanitize our children's play area, We appreciate contributions to our community!

The Chicken wraps are clearly the best ONLY when you ask for Stacy the manager to make them.. leave her a lil tip & she'll make it extra special w/love.. MORNING TIMES ONLY not evening shift they suck your food will be not right the move to fast no love in it at all..

I liked it. One our favorite things are hot items from the McCafe menu, but one or more of their coffee machines were broken, so we were out of luck. This was the 3rd franchise of 4 we had tried where the McCafe hot drinks were not available. Worse, this fact was not updated on the mobile app so no way to tell before stopping. In two of the three cases it didn't show up on the in-store kiosk either, resulting in having to get a refund at the counter which is very time consuming and inconvenient.

I thought I'd try this store over the others in Hammond. They're just as slow as the one on 190. I placef an online order, thought it would be ready by the time I drove from WM but it wasn't.. The hashbrown was warm at best, the small coffee tasted very weak ,barely warm like they poured it when I placed the order 5 minutes ahead. The egg McMuffin was good. The counter associate was too busy playing on her phone with her back to us, I guess she thought we wouldn't notice 😆

Rudest workers I've ever encountered. After being ignored by every worker in there, we received attitude and rudeness for asking for service. When we were given the wrong items and asked for the correct drinks, she was rude and slid the drinks across the counter while stating "if one more person is rude to me I'm losing my shit".

This is the most consistently bad McDonalds I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. I don’t think they have ever given me a straw with my drink or utensils for things you need utensils for, and they will forget around 40% of your order on average. Not to mention how rude the employees are, I’ve gotten to the point where I just laugh at them because who are you???

Me and my friends came to get food they were out of basically everything one of the employees seemed to be high off weed they didn’t give us straws when we went in and asked for a specific number they gave us less and then they left out multiple food items from our order
