We r used to smiles and laughter. Grateful the young man who took our payment at the start said a kind but simple phrase, âhave a blessed day!â đ. Just goes to show you donât have to let a little rain or sanitizer dampen your day. âïž

This used to be by far the best McDonaldâs in Hammond. NowâŠ.. one of the shittiest ones. They take your order in the drive thru then make you wait 25-30 mins to even pay then wait another 10-15 mins to get your food. This is supposed to be fast food ! Not take longer to get service than at a restaurant. You can TELL EVERYONE hates their jobs there. On top of that, waiting THAT LONG for a kids nugget happy meal, a mcdouble, and a hot-n-spicy they shouldâve at least been hot. But EVERYTHING was lukewarm and as dry as the desert. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME just about.

So much automation NO customer service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to register to take my order. Worker did not give me what I asked for I asked for mini flurry 4 times and was charged for regular and got the normal size. Waited 15 minutes for that flurry and coffee

So Iâve just been served OJ with mold in it. the entire cup fits in my cupholder so it wasnât noticeable as I drove and drank from it.
