The ATTITUDE on some of these ladies is beyond me. I never give fast food workers trouble but for some reason the ladies at this McDs are always so rude. I don’t expect top notch service but being told “i said hold on” when greeting them is crazy.

What a way to ruin our Thanksgiving tradition, getting McDonald's and going to the park as a family, and enjoying our day just to be completely yelled at at the drive through continuously yelling are you done yet, and then to be completely ignored at the window, and not even able to pay for food, we eventually left absolutely ridiculous. Very rude and would not do her job. I had a mobile order (half of her job was done for her) she asked me for the code I gave her the code and she even told me my name and then she said that the mobile order was down and been down for a week and I needed to cancel me order. If it was down then how did she see may name and code? This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Placed a mobile order for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 drinks. One drink had to be substituted because they didn't have what we ordered. The bag was handed to us missing one food item and the woman working the window seemed annoyed when we asked for the missing item. Had to ask for a missing drink too. Finally got everything home to discover 2 of the 4 sandwiches were the completely wrong item. The coke was also flat and sickly sweet.
This was our first time coming here and it will be our last, due to the messed up order and lack of professionalism.

Everyone that works here hates their job. Rude for absolutely no reason.
Rude people working. It’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect them to be super happy and all that. But it’s the morning, I’m on the way to work. The McDonald’s says it’s open. I get to the drive thru she tells me to make a mobile order, then doesn’t say anything else, I get to the window and she’s like “you’re food won’t be ready til 5:30” it’s 5:00… I have work at 5:15. Big inconvenience! Rude tone, teach your workers to be polite no matter what, idc if ur working in fast food, I do too. Odd.

My husband used sanitizer on his hands and the girl who gave him his frappe to him started yelling at him after handing him his drink. 🙊
We r used to smiles and laughter. Grateful the young man who took our payment at the start said a kind but simple phrase, “have a blessed day!” 🙏. Just goes to show you don’t have to let a little rain or sanitizer dampen your day. ☔️
