They don't give a recipe for credit card purchases. The last two times I went there they said the recipe machine was broken.

The burger my husband bought was just shoved in the bag and it was so greasy the bottom of the bag was dripping fries were cold anhe didn't even get his drink due to staff ignoring him. The worst experience at any McDonald's we have ever had. The chicken sandwich was burnt and the nuggets were soggy. If I could have rated it in the negative I would have. Never again

This was the funniest case of willful ignorance ever! I ordered a two cheeseburger meal only ketchup. I got one correct and the other was a hot and spicy only ketchup in a cheeseburger wrapper. Like the kitchen decided I needed a variety pack or they don’t know the difference between chicken and beef.
We went through McDonald’s drive-thru around 9:30 on a Friday night and was greeted by a person stated that “all we got are nuggets and fries.” This was after we waited several minutes for a person to acknowledge that customers were present, and asking them to repeat what they were saying (speaker sounded garbled). I worked for McDonalds as a GM for several years and was completely shocked by a) how rude the customer service was b)that there is absolutely no way that the store’s inventory consisted of only two items. I would like to know (and suspect) that this was a franchise that is being poorly managed. I plan on calling the corporate office.

Workers are normally always rude. Food over half the time is cold when put in the bag. Mess up orders alot. But my kids live it!
