This McDonald’s always fails to impress me. Not only do they forget my dipping sauce EVERY TIME, but when I asked for it this time, the employee threw it into my hand! I asked very politely for it also :(. They also forgot my apple slices. Additionally I have had an instance once where they closed early. I was asked to give them a minute, which wasn’t a problem. Then, I waited in line for about 15 minutes with no one in front of me before being told they weren’t taking anymore orders!!!
The food itself has never been bad, though. As far as the quality of the food I’ve almost always received hot, fresh, yummy food. Just wish they would improve a bit upon order accuracy and customer satisfaction! I understand having a bad day, but the bad day can’t be every day!

I was waiting at the speaker for the person to come and take my order and was sitting there for 10 minutes. The person behind me got mad, went to the other speaker, and almost immediately the worker came to take their order as I was still sitting there. He still never came. So I pulled up the window and he walks off. There were multiple workers that walked past and still would not come to take my order. I drove back around and waited. He finally took my order and then proceeded to give me a dirty look. As I pulled up to the second window, the two girls at the window were just talking. One hand me my drinks and gave me a look like it was inconvenient for her to do her job. Needless to say it was the worst experience I have had at this McDonalds.

I walk in and 2 employees sitting down and 1 walking around like she has a bad itch, I try not to judge but seriously. She then proceeds to tell me that if I’m not using the kiosk then I’m gonna have to wait on somebody to take my order because other employees are busy and that’s not her job. Ok cool. The guy who took my order wasn’t friendly very sassy. I wait about 8 minutes for my order which is fine. I get my order and the frappe tasted so bland like their bag needed to be changed or something I asked for a remake but they refused. Eat somewhere else in Hammond.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. The manager is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Don't ask for a cup holder for your drinks. If ya want ya order completely screwed up this is the place for you. And oh yeah don't ask for help at the kiosh. I said years ago I'd never stop there again. I was hoping for better service, but I guess you get what ya pay for. The owner must not believe in the fact that folks just want good service.

Soon as i walked inside the lobby a older black lady I believe she was the manager said “why are people steady walking inside, go home and eat. She continue to say “do anybody eat home cooked meals anymore this is ridiculous”! She told a employee to lock the door. While waiting for my food the entire time she complained about the amount of customers in drive thru, how she is tired and don’t want to be at work. She was talking very loud and rude. She looked at me a few times and rolled her eyes. I will never spend another penny in this establishment.
Its so hard to get customers good customer service these days. She was mad because she had to do a job she was hired to do. She had on a red uniform shirt.

Horrible experience! I’m from Houston and I was just doing a quick stop by that turn in a 30 min wait for nothing. Their was a dark skin and a white skin girl that were horrible all what we were hearing was them 2 complaining about a job they choose.
