Horribly slow service with incorrect food. Wanted a plain double cheese burger, got the ticket on the burger correct, just for them to add mayo to it. Also they stop serving food at 11:30 yet don’t really close till.

SLOWWWW! And rude. Waited 20 mins to order in the drive thru. When they came on the speaker, the worker was still looking to speak to the lady in front of us so she asked us to wait again after realizing she had pulled up. We saw the lady in front's order - only $12 worth for that wait. Then they were finally ready for us. 5 items + 1 drink. We paid and pulled up to the next window and the girl just shoved the bag at us without saying a word and immediately shut the door and walked away from it. Guess she was going to finish cooking also and she must have been SUPER sure that everything was 100% correct with our order. We live close by but I'll utilize that extra wait time better going forward and go to the location in Hammond.

They took forever to get my food out and that’s because I ordered through the app 15 minutes before getting there and I still had to wait about 25 minutes for my food.. then they gave me my large iced coffee in a cup with no monopoly game pieces and that’s one of the only reasons why I’ve been ordering from McDonald’s consistently. This is the last time I come to this location.

I went to the drive-through today. I was informed that the sweet tea Iotdered I could not get. they were out of sweet tea. I pre-ordered. so I said I just did not want a drink. They did not refund my drink so I had to get a Manager. I also asked for my food to be made Fresh and I told them I would wait. They did not make the food fresh and my chicken nuggets were cold. lukewarm at best. They also forgot my sauce so I had to remind them of that. I told them to their face that my food was not fresh. They totally ignored me and instead of the Manager refunding my card, he took two dollars out of the register and gave it to me, so I guess the register will be short now. these people need to get it together. if somebody says they want to wait on their food to be cooked I don’t understand what the problem is. They were not busy at all.

Pulled up and parked to smoke a cigarette to not blow it on the employees in the drive through and got straight up yelled at by one of the employees sitting on the ground outside “LOBBYS CLOSED” six times before we could even say anything like ok. Then the drive through took ages. Then got handed a bag full of fries spilled all over and this sloppy, undercooked burger and didn’t realize it til we got home. What the hell is wrong with people.

Stop off for a strawberry milkshake no wipe cream 😋 a medium fries hot and freash , several customers in the drive thru but the service was prompt 10 star ! For that day
