It took 10 minutes to go from ordering my food in the drive-thru to paying for it. I had ordered a hot caramel macchiato and the big breakfast with hotcakes. The food was great as usual. When I went to go pick up at the next window I was told to drive up after getting my food but not my coffee. So after waiting another 10 minutes at the third window they bring me out my "coffee" I say thank you and drive off being in the rush that I was I didn't bother to check the coffee. A couple minutes later I took a sip and it turns out I had water with frothy milk instead of coffee... No coffee no caramel and it was cold quite disappointing

The rudest people they can’t walk and chew bubblegum at the same time. The drive-through is backed up unreal people driving off, and then the manager tells you you can get out of line. She’s very rude. She needs to be fired.

Night shift manager was really disrespectful on the night of 01/16/25 at 11:30pm he didn’t want to take my order he said they were closed when they wasn’t because they close at 12 midnight, he was mean and unprofessional I went walking since I have a big rig semi. I only have antes to order one 2 cheeseburger meal.

Worst mcdonalds ever. We went in to order to go. We ordered the $5 meal..simple you would think, but not for these people. Told them how we wanted our sandwiches and they got them wrong. They made new ones. We ask the employee "aren't you going to ask what sauce we want for our nuggets?" They didn't, so we told them. We got our bag and left. We got back on the road and realized the sandwiches were still wrong, nuggets were cold and the dipping sauce was rancid. Turned around 2 exits later and went back. They remade our order...and you guessed it, sandwiches were still not right. Never again and they simply acted like they could care less!!!
