Very tasty and yummy. Lots of options for frozen yogurt and lots of options for toppings. It was clean inside and outside and spots to sit inside and outside. Very friendly people.

It’s disgusting in here and needs to be cleaned. Only had 4 flavors working, one of which was out. Young teen working that needs to be trained in working with the public and customer service. Workers are always more concerned with their phones than the actual customers.

Flithy, dirty restaurant,out of 5 machines and 10 flavors only 4 flavors available , the hot toppings were not on, toppings were limited, the teenagers working there need to be trained in customer service and supervised by an adult at all times. They didn’t even greet any of the customers. Like everything else inflation has destroyed, quality of customer service and products should help compensate this overpriced world! We are forced to pay more for everything but customer service and product quality should be what it use to be and it’s NOT! This place use to be a great self-serving yogurt store with happy workers not rude, entitled brats. Tip options on the credit card machines need to be removed.

Called at 7:45 PM to see what time they closed. They said 8:30. Pulled in at 8:10 PM. Doors locked, closed sign up, and employees putting away toppings. Went to RaceTrac instead.

They have several yummy flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allow you to taste all of the flavors before you buy. They also have a variety of toppings you can add. This location has indoor and outdoor seating

Most of the machines would not work. The chocolate came out very watery. The employee there told me that's how that machine works. Really??? So we left and went down the road to Dairy Queen to finish our day of shopping with ice cream. Denham Springs Menchies is a WHOLE LOT BETTER than this one.

My son loves Menchies and when we arrived we were greeted by Erin who was amazing. She was so nice and very helpful to us. We were looking for the plush characters and she assured my son they would have it in stock for his next visit. . We will definitely be coming to this location again. Thanks Erin

We didn’t realize it was after nine and the manager unlocked the door and let my kids in anyway to get ice cream. That is super amazing customer service will definitely go back.

Whoever the working the morning shift was extremely disrespectful rolled her eyes at me and didn’t greet me whenever I walked in the store the yogurt tasted spoiled and nasty don’t recommend on going because the customer service and some of the flavors being checked throughout the day
