I would do no stars if I could bc the yogurt wasn't even coming out, the worker was on his phone not helping, and the milk was SOUR!!!! Disgusting and wasted our money.

They have several yummy flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allow you to taste all of the flavors before you buy. They also have a variety of toppings you can add. This location has indoor and outdoor seating

Most of the machines would not work. The chocolate came out very watery. The employee there told me that's how that machine works. Really??? So we left and went down the road to Dairy Queen to finish our day of shopping with ice cream. Denham Springs Menchies is a WHOLE LOT BETTER than this one.

My son loves Menchies and when we arrived we were greeted by Erin who was amazing. She was so nice and very helpful to us. We were looking for the plush characters and she assured my son they would have it in stock for his next visit. . We will definitely be coming to this location again. Thanks Erin

We didn’t realize it was after nine and the manager unlocked the door and let my kids in anyway to get ice cream. That is super amazing customer service will definitely go back.

Whoever the working the morning shift was extremely disrespectful rolled her eyes at me and didn’t greet me whenever I walked in the store the yogurt tasted spoiled and nasty don’t recommend on going because the customer service and some of the flavors being checked throughout the day

It’s like every time someone come here at night or if I come here at time it’s all ways something, something need to be done with night crew manager.? the morning person that’s always there needs be promoted up ? it’s always clean ,she’s respectful I never had an bad experience with her

The manager working tonight was extremely disrespectful and rude then flipped my brother off bc his ice cream fell out the trash can ( he picked it up too ) that was overflowing while she was doing nothing but sitting on her phone. When we called up there to talk to someone about it she wants to act like she didn’t do anything.

The kids enjoying some Great American Cookies after Menchie's Hammond Square’s computer messed up AFTER my kids already ✨excitedly✨ made their frozen yogurt. So their cashier would rather my kids throw their icecream away than let them slide since I only had a debit card. ?

Horrible customer service! Husband purchased a cup of vanilla yogurt with heath and butterfinger toppings; over $9. The yogurt? tasted like ice. When my husband went back to address the issue the girl behind the counter told him he had already filled the cup so he would have to pay for it. After explaining he had ALREADY paid for it, she went to get another employee from the back. The second employee told him that he could get another, but he would have to pay for it. He threw the cup away and went to DQ. The first thing we saw in the DQ parking lot was a full Menchies cup. Tried to attach pic, but it is compressed. ?
