Such a great family atmosphere. Food never disappoints and it is coming out of one of the cleanest facilities you can eat at.

Super meh. Friendly service, easy parking but don't expect much from the food. Hubs ordered seafood Alfredo, flavorless. I ordered the meatballs, they were swimming in overly sweet marinara, hidden under a blanket of baked cheese. I had to wipe off the meatballs to taste the meatballs. They were tender but lost a lot in the vat of sauce. Probably fine place to bring the kids for a family dinner, fur kid tastenuds, it would probably satisfy. This is a one and done.

Horrible food, good service, and I consider it a crime to charge for the quality of the food. Crawfish queso was velveeta, rotel and crawfish, $11.Tuna was dry and looked like it came frozen in a vacuum sealed package and was very low quality, $22. Meatballs also seemed like they were frozen, $17. I drink occasionally and I couldn't taste a bit of tequila in the margarita, $7. I even asked for another shot to be added. Our server was very kind and attentive. The total for a table of 3 was $100 and some change before tip.A decade ago, this restaurant was okay. We feel as though we were completely robbed.

I'm giving one star because the place is clean and the service was good. We ordered onion rings and crawfish soup to start. Soup tasted like a velveta base. It was ok but not great. Onion rings were good but came out room temperature. The grilled chicken was very blah! No flavor. The fried seafood was in a cornmeal mixture. The shrimp had to have been breaded and then frozen. They looked and tasted like imported iqf shrimp . Something a chain restaurant would serve. The bill for two was $67.00. A complete waste of hard earned money.

I didn't enjoy my meal here. Fish was ok. Mozzarella sticks are pretty bland. Went in a big group and others didn't like their meal as well.

The food is so sub par. I ordered fried shrimp. The batter was cornmeal. Yuk! The shrimp was frozen shrimp and looked to be pre battered and then frozen. Tasted like Velveeta cheese in the soup. Chicken is tasteless.

My brother is down from the frozen tundra. He wants to eat shrimp as much as possible when visiting. We decided to go to Murphy's as I had not been there before. We were greeted by the hostess. The restaurant was well lit. We were seated. Our waiter was very polite and took our drink order. We were there just before 5 pm. We had 4 in our party. My brother, SIL, and wife all order fried shrimp. I ordered shrimp and catfish. The shrimp were Gulf shrimp, nothing imported. The shrimp batter was crunchy just the way I like it. The shrimp plates had at least 12 shrimp each. Food was very good. Definitely will be going again. I liked it better than the other guy's seafood place in town.

Murphy's has a great menu! Went there with the wife and kids and we all were very pleased with our meals. I had the Catfish Daniel, which is a very generous sized fried catfish filet with their Crawfish Étoufée poured over. It was remarkable! The catfish was not at all muddy, and the étoufée was rich and flavorful. My wife had the grilled chicken salad which was a very sizeable salad and was served with one of the best house made ranch dressings I have had in a long time.

Had the Grouper grilled it was super dry. They gave a very small serving of broccoli. As a diabetic I try to avoid starchy foods. The service was good tho.
