Vingky was our waitress and it seemed like whenever we asked for anything we were inconveniencing her. She had an attitude. Chef/cook was great wait staff service terrible.

The food here was really good with a unique taste. We had the shrimp fried rice, three musketeers roll, seared tuna?, and snow crab salad. This was probably the best snowcrab salad we've ever had. We were immediately served delicious clear soups when seated. The food hit the spot and this will definitely be our sushi spot when in the area.

Hibachi steak was one of the toughest steak I think I’ve ever eaten. I’ve gotten it before and it was great. But this time was a different story. When I told the cook I couldn’t even chew it , he said he’s just the cook and doesn’t buy the food. I’ll be back because the sushi is great but don’t get the hibachi steak unless you like chewing flavorless shoe leather.

Hibachi at Nagoya is delicious!
Our chef was entertaining and the food was good. It was very warm in the restaurant, but understandable due to all the grills. Our waitress wasn't very friendly and seemed bothered when we asked for our drinks to be refilled. Overall, I will go back because the food was really good.

It didn't seem like our waitress wanted to be at work today. She threw my daughters lunch down on the table. Horrible service. Do better.

The cook was fantastic. Had a bit of a problem with the wait staff though. Standing along the wall on their phones, vaping inside the food establishment around customers and not tending to customers unless we went to them. Since the service team was not good in many ways, we made sure the cook got the full tip.

Rude staff!!!! the managers won’t admit they are wrong and refuse to give you a refund . They will give you old food and expect you to be ok with it.
I order a Cajun sushi roll and was giving someone else order and they told me just to deal with bc I took it

We had asked for the tuna to be a bit more than just seared…but were told it was prepared ahead of time and they could not even just put it back in a pan to cook it a bit more, they also could not tell us if there were dairy or eggs present for allergy purposes…no manager on site today. So, I’m only assuming it’s microwaved? But, disappointing to say the least.
Our waitress was very kind and did a great job at remembering our order. The food was prepared quickly and everything was correct. My coworkers and I enjoyed our meals as each of our dishes were very tasty and well made. The atmosphere could use a little pick me up, but that aside, this was a good dining experience. Will return in the future.

The food was fine, but not great. Several pieces of the sushi lacked any flavor at all. However, the service was great, and the restaurant deserves big props for patiently seating a party of 14 on a Saturday night.
