This was my first visit, and I tried the White Chocolate Raspberry cake. As a fan of both flavors, I can honestly say they knocked it out of the park. The cake was fluffy and moist (exactly as described on their website) and the flavor was outstanding, especially paired with the cream cheese frosting. My entire family loved it. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’re looking forward to coming again to try more flavors!
I don't understand why this place is rated so bad. Granted its one rating but still it's a disservice to this place and location. I went into the new Hammond location, not only was it full of people but the staff was friendly and diligent with no issues. I can't speak on every location or staff but I've had a real good experience with the staff that was there and I truly appreciate their excellent service. I have had NOTHING Bundt (like that? 😉) the BEST experiences at this store. Every time I walk in, the girls are super warm and their attitudes are super inviting. The cakes are ALWAYS, SO fresh and they have a VERY generous reward program via the app/website.
