We went when it first opened and the owner was there and came around and talked to us and was very nice and friendly. My 4 star rating is because I don't put salt on my food for decades and our order seemed salty to me but it may be because I don't use salt anymore.

I expected a typical fast food restaurant but was very pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding, the service very friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming. We will be back.

This is probably only my 6th time eating here, but I really wanted to take a minute to give this place some praise. Since they don’t have a comment/survey option, a (public) google review will suffice and perhaps help to bring more people to other door. I do hope this business finds great success as I believe it is well-deserved. I am beyond impressed with a fast food chain for “Louisiana” food that can actually produce really delicious versions of my down-home favorites....
