I placed an order through Uber Eats, on New Years Eve. The delivery address was wrong. I went through the Uber Eats, to try and change it. Only thing I could do was cancel and reorder. Cancelled through the app. Couldn't get help with a reorder. Still charged me $40.00 after the cancelation. Couldnt get help to reorder. Call this Pizza Hut location 6 times. Every time they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Didn't even say anything. Just hung up without listening or talking. I will never use this location again. Only gave them one star because I couldn't give a negative 5 stars. I sure hope the franchise owner sees this and corrects his very inept employees.

Overall a decent experience. My husband and I were in town visiting a friend, and we decided to order pizza. The pizza was good, but we had ordered and paid for stuffed crust on both pizzas that were ordered. We only got stuffed on one. I double checked the receipt and the order in the app, and I had definitely ordered and paid for both. It was also closer to 30-40 minutes instead of 20, but I’d rather wait a little longer for fresh and good than have them rush it and the order be totally wrong instead of just a wrong crust. So that was a bit disappointing, but it was good other than that.
I just stop by for the Wi-Fi it connects quickly when you are in a hurry and the only negative would be that bitstarz.eu is blocked. ?
