The woman on the intercom was rude and had an attitude to my husband and father in law. She messed up on the order and he tried to correct her nicely, he always says “yes ma’am” and “thank you” he is a nice soul and always avoid problems. Yelling at him over her mistake was unacceptable, if I can give her a 0 stars I would. Over some damn chicken? I don’t care if she had a bad day we are human and you should treat anyone with kindness. Don’t be mad you got to clock in. The food wasn’t even hot and they made us wait. Must’ve microwaved it. 1 star on everything will NOT be back. Whoever running this establishment needs to recheck who they have up there!

One thing in life is in order to live you must eat whether it's at home or a restaurant. The important thing about eating at restaurants is the quality food and the customer service. I've eaten at many restaurants and plenty of Popeyes. I have never visited A Popeyes where I enjoy the chicken and the customer service. There's an employee by the name of Jarmesha that makes your visit feel as if you are the most important person on earth and by the time you leave you're already planning to return to the store where you feel as if someone cares about you as well as the quality of the food you received. I must say that all of the staff were very respectful but she stood out to me because she was willing to go over and beyond to make me feel that service means just as much as the quality of the food I received. To the manager good job with hiring someone who cares and for Jarmesha Great job making me feel like I'm a important customer. I live in Dallas Texas but whenever I'm in Hammond Louisiana this is the store I will commit to hands down. LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!!!!

I'm absolutely pissed off. I only leave negative reviews if the place deserves it. Right now, I'm furious. I don't even feel like giving this place the benefit of the doubt.

My father went inside to order food. First the girl told him they were out of fries (what? How do you run out of FRIES?) When he tried to place his order, she refused to look him in the eye and was extremely short with him, as if he were bothering HER by being there placing an order.

Snapping at him, rushing him.

Ya'll do NOT need to treat people like that when they are coming into your establishment.

Learn some manners.

Never get an order correct. This visit they forgot our pies and peppers. Chicken was hot and great. Small rice instead of family, That one was weird even for Popeyes. The fries were family size. Really do wish that they would put people at the counter and window that could talk clearly and not be rude. Chic filet has Popeyes beat in this area by a LONG shot!

They only open the diner when they feel like it. At lunch, they make you go through the drive through. They're not very professional, the way they talk to you.

Everyone here was super friendly! We normally go to the location on Wardline but our order is almost always wrong or something is missing and they are rude. I decided to go just a couple miles further to this location and just let me tell you…I will NEVER be going back to the other location. I had a large order for my family and EVERYTHING was right nothing was missing - even had our sauces!!! And again, SUPER nice! I’m surprised they haven’t put the wardline location out of business. The food was delicious too I HAVE to of course add.

Ordered on app. When got there drive thru was only way open. Looked at price on menu. Seen where I was charged 8 dollars more for ordering on app. Got food spoke to people at window and they said they have control over prices charged on app. Tried to contact popeyes but omg this is the hardest place to deal with. Opened food and omg the chicken was so small that looked like pigeon legs and breast. And I ordered dark only and got mixed. This is one of the worst experiences ever and 33 dollars for 8 pieces of baby chicken and a 1/2 full large red beans omg. This is robbery.

The team members are awesome they are always smiling and very friendly. The manager Emerly is always very bubbly and energetic. The food is always amazing, fresh and hot. I wouldn’t go to another Popeyes if wasn’t Emerly’s. The BEST OF THE BEST.
