Worst location ever! The employees don’t care. The service sucks! Nasty attitudes! 30 min in drive thru and then they were rude. Service at this location is dead. Too bad the terrible employees are killing your business.

My family came here around 5:15pm on March 23. I ordered a 6 piece of honey bbq wings. 2 out of 6 of the wings had sauce on them. I ate those 2 and realized that there wasn’t even enough sauce in the container for me to try shaking it up to coat the rest. Not to mention that if you go after 8:30pm they don’t ever have chicken tenders or nuggets and they say that they won’t be making anymore for the night even though they don’t close until 11pm every night. I never usually say anything. I just drive off and go somewhere else but now I have to find something else to eat because I couldn’t have what was advertised. These wings are nearly dry and that’s not ok.

I had a pickup for door dash, and upon arrival the workers at the store claimed they were out of product completely and couldn't substitute the customer for anything, the store was filthy and the employees were rude when I arrived. If I were spending my money on Popeyes, I'd choose a different location. Not only did I lose money and burn extra gas, but the customer was inconvenienced as well. Completely unacceptable

Food was sufficiently hot (temperature wise) when we got home. Consistent quality, flavorful but small pieces. Inside was closed due to not enough employees available.Order taker was very friendly and got our order correct. This seems to be a consistent plus for this location. They may not have enough employees but the staff they have are great!Parking: Convenient parking and drive through.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is a bit heavy for wheelchair access if alone.

This location is lucky at least one star is a requirement. Time and time again, no matter who is working, the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced of any single restaurant. The workers are rude if they even decide to acknowledge your existence and I would MAYBE tolerate it if they could even get half of the order right one single time. This one location has ruined the entire chain for me. Not sure when I’ll be back to a Popeyes again.
