Can’t give a good review unless you are open on time!!! Signage clearly states 10:00am open on Sunday!!! Both doors were locked and drive up closed at 11:00am, stated they may be open in 20 minutes…….

What is going on with this location recently??!!
Come here weekly and it had taken a significant decline in all areas. Tonight was the worst...

Ghost pepper wings ordered a 12 piece which has increased in price too. Only rec'd 11. But I did get a tip of a regular wing that can't be eaten...

Truly Popeyes?? Price gone up. Service gone down. Quality plummeted.

I have been sitting in a parking spot for TWENTY minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich! Prior to sitting here with 7 other cars also all asked to park and wait, I was told NOT to pull up to the window and made to wait in line so that it would not mess up their timer. This is REDICULOUS! If we hadn't been given our drinks already I'd go in and ask for a refund!

This used to be my absolute favorite Popeyes. My job moved here from Baton Rouge and it's 2 mins from my job. Now they don't value walk in customers at all. After seeing the drive thru line almost backed up to Airport rd. I decided to walk in. After waiting 5 min to place my order I was told they are only taking online orders inside and I have to go thru drive thru. Customer service is non existent at this location. 1 employee told us she's training but can't be on doing the right thing. Total lack of leadership. Ownership needs to get involved ASAP

Absolutely the most rude employee, and manager at that. 7:15 on Friday evening and told me, "lobby is closed, I don't have to put sign out and I don't care". I'm not from here, but I can't understand why a company would tolerate that type of customer service. I left, went to chick fil a.

I waited for 6 minutes for someone to take my order. I was completely ignored by all the workers, they saw me waiting but didn't care, no other people were waiting in line. They all looked like zombies, their bodies moved in slow motion. This is completely unacceptable, I was not there begging for food, I was there to buy dinner for my family. This is not the first time that they have behaved in this way, but it will be the last time. I am done with this restaurant. They are either rude or give you the order incomplete. Unacceptable!!

This is what popeyes on airport rd.in Ferguson calls a 5 piece tenders .I wouldn't even call these 4 pieces .It's just shameful. I recommend checking inside the bag before walking out.

Charged $53 for an online order that said $44, drive 20 minutes to the location with 5 hungry kids. Get there and nobody has seen my order, then after finding it the lady in the back comes to tell me they have to refund because they don’t have any tenders thawed out. I ask for a swap and I’m told no “they can’t do that anymore.” Now waiting on a refund to process back to my card (could take days) and hungry kids crying. They will be fine but Jesus customer service just gets worse and prices get higher… Awesome! (UPDATE) they have stolen my money, the refund was not processed. I was returned the $8 I was overcharged and they took the $44 from the original order. This place needs to be shut down, I will be contacting corporate.

Workers are not friendly n definitely act like they would rather be any where else. Plus after messing up our order giving us red beans instead of fries in drive thru upon walking they looked at me like I was lying about the red beans being wrong n took the beans out the bag without even looking and put in a fresh bag how to drive through when do they went to another customer. Fortunately for the people that got the beans we didn't touch them at all but my point is the workers had no clue if we opened them or what. Js

Just got chicken from this location and aside that we waited for our order to be ready (thrive thru) when we got home we where missing our biscuits
then the chicken was so dry and the breast had like undercooked batter. The dark meat looked
Like it was sitting there all day and just got so dry and hard.
