Every single time I’ve gotten the chicken sandwich here it is small and dry. The workers are unfriendly and unhelpful. We went through the drive through twice last time because the first time we sat at the order board and attempted to talk to the workers with no response for several minutes. We went up to the window and they did not apologize, just told us to go around again.

The people that work there were utterly disrespectful to my mother we didn't even order because she was so rude she was smoking weed in the back with her friend

Cashier at drive thru rude and short. I asked for sparkle and napkins and she had an attitude. WE AINT GOT NONE..

I order the 3 piece tender bc I DO NOT EAT BONE IN CHICKEN THEREFORE I WOULDNT ORDER THAT IN 20 million years! The screen said 3 piece tender when I get my food it’s bone in chicken. I go inside as I’m getting out the car the bag breaks and food falls in parking lot and I go inside to get it fixed and the staff was rude as was I bc I didn’t order that and she tried to argue saying I did. Maam I don’t eat that you must’ve misheard me. The staff should definitely work on customer service it’s sad that the Togo bags are just as incompetent as the staff.

I absolutely hate this location! Every damn time I order from this location something is messed up! I ordered the 12 strip meal and when I get home I am missing my large side of red beans and the strips aren't even strips. I got a hand full of strip pieces. It looks like they broke 6 strips in half to make 12 strips. Also, they must have run out of biscuits because I only got 5 but should have got 6. Clearly they can't count or purposely ripping people off. I am furious with this location. I would like the owner to contact me. They know customers are getting screwed over and I would like some answers and my damn money back.

I walk into the restaurant at 9:40pm the door was unlocked. I stood at the counter for almost 10mins before anyone greeted me. A rude young female said “you tryin to order”? I said yes she said “the lobby closed”. On the door the sign said the lobby closes at 10pm. I said can i order since the door was unlocked and im already inside. She “no” “plus we outta food anyway”. She had a horrible attitude and poor customer service. This type of behavior needs to be addressed by management.

Pretty disgusting when you pick up your order and get a box of HALF EATEN FOOD and HALF EATEN PIE in your bag of food you didn’t order . We threw the whole $50 order away

Can’t give a good review unless you are open on time!!! Signage clearly states 10:00am open on Sunday!!! Both doors were locked and drive up closed at 11:00am, stated they may be open in 20 minutes…….

Ghost pepper wings ordered a 12 piece which has increased in price too. Only rec'd 11. But I did get a tip of a regular wing that can't be eaten...

Truly Popeyes?? Price gone up. Service gone down. Quality plummeted.

I have been sitting in a parking spot for TWENTY minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich! Prior to sitting here with 7 other cars also all asked to park and wait, I was told NOT to pull up to the window and made to wait in line so that it would not mess up their timer. This is REDICULOUS! If we hadn't been given our drinks already I'd go in and ask for a refund!
