Horrible customer service! Got the nerve to have attitudes and your order never right! Today the last day they’re going to get my money. I’ll drive the extra miles to the one in Hammond where their customer service is great. It’s the same issues over and over at this location. Then the drive thru shut down but I did a mobile order so why should I have to go inside and I chose drive thru pickup on the app. It’s not nobody’s fault yall drive thru shut down. That info wasn’t included on the app. I’ll be contacting Popeyes corporate office as well.

Airport road location has the rudest people there this evening. At the drive-up I was greeted with a what do you want. When I drove up to the window I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out. After I see 5 other cars go through the drive thru and I still do not have my food I go in to check on my order. They ignore me for a while and then ask what I am looking at. I told them that I was just checking on the status of my order. They asked for my receipt and went to the back to get the coldest meal I have ever had. I was even talked about in a very disrespectful way while they were getting my food. I guess I was a terrible inconvenience for them.

Very slow, very very slow. Long long long long wait. Cars stacked up in the waiting cue after the drive though window. Staff could not care less about being there or being polite to customers. I won't be back at this location.

While traveling, I decided to stop for a quick bite. Ordered the two pieces white and the nuggets. The two pieces were OK, but the nuggets were not cooked correctly. The breading was stuck together and sort of wet.

The lady at the pick window needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment. She has the nastiest attitude for no reason at all. I ordered 4 sides that require a spoon only to get one .. total of 9 tenders all together NO SAUCE.. ordered spicy, ALL MILD! like if you’re going to not put my things in my bag and mess up my order you should, most definitely, lose the attitude!!!! Why should I spend my hard earned money at this hot mess of a place?

Awful service. Doesn't matter what time of day or night I've been there all times it just seems like they have really bad training really poor skills to communicate and there's always some kind of drama happening with the employees selves. I can hear it the arguing, the laughing, the criticizing all of it right over the speaker , and then ultimately every time I have to pull up and wait for them to bring it to me. I'm kind of over it.

All things were fine till we got to the window to get out food and a employee or manager gave us some racial attitude as we were handed my order. Even worse, they got my order wrong twice. It seemed that if it was being done on purpose by that person.

Good food. Got everything I needed but as a fast food worker I feel the the response times at the speaker need major improvement. Took about 3 minutes for them to respond to the speaker. They were nice, they just need to work on their times because it’s usually this slow at every Popeyes I’ve been to. Still, this was probably my best Popeyes visit ever. Kudos to the team.
