We got drive through, Conner was so sweet and such a kind heart! Even at the late closing hours he was such a delight with a big smile and happy to serve patrons despite the drive through line being passed the road.

I go to this location often. I love Raising Cane's. They have the best French fries. Their chicken fingers and sauce is really good. The service at this location is always fast with positive energy.

This is a great place to eat, I highly recommend this place cause they have the absolute best chicken tenders & sauce I have ever had; if you’re ever in the area and hungry, try this restaurant.

Ordered the chicken sandwich with fries & sweet tea . I’m really not a big fan of Canes b/c the strips appear to be undercooked every time I’ve tried them . So this time I ordered the chicken sandwich & requested the strips be fried well , well that didn’t work out the strips were still same soft on inside & maybe that’s their way but I don’t like it . The drive thru staff was very nice @ the sweet tea was great as usual .

The service is horrible at the us190 west Thomas location in hammond! The line of cars was to us190.

So I sit l decided to go in. I was the 2nd person in line. After waiting a very long time inside as if I were forgotten about I got my 1 box combo. The line was still to the road upon leaving. For 12 something for 4 small pieces of chicken in my opinion and this kind of service I'll never stop at a canes again. I might be able to stomach this kind of mcdonalds style service if the prices were reasonable.
