Nice Place, Nice Food, Nice CrewWe actually wanted to eat at Church's Chicken but the air conditioning there was set at what felt like 18 degrees Celsius and the doors to the restaurant were locked at 8.30 p.m. For tourists who don't know a place, it's difficult to order from the drive-thru if you can't look at the menu in detail and, if you don't speak English perfectly, it's difficult to understand the people on the loudspeaker because of the poor quality. Online, all restaurants always say they're open and then it's drive-thru only. But we've experienced that quite often in Louisiana and Texas, that they don't seem to want any customers. Luckily, we had a better experience at Canes and everyone was very friendly - I really recommend it.

This place is WAY too cold for dine in. We planned to eat in but it felt worse than Antarctica, maybe they don’t want to let people sit comfortably.

Went to drive-through a girl was sores all over her face arms hands was handling my food disgusting. Nasty someone like that shouldn’t be touching food.

I'm done with Raising Cane's in Louisiana, wth is up with these tiny pieces of chicken. #rippedoff. #raisingcanes Things are smaller than the sauce container. Smdh More ketchup than chicken.
They need to retrain this store honestly. They give you soggy fries, forget your sauce, skimp you on fry portions, employees just be chilling at front counter with airpods in while lobby is filthy, and lowkey rude to customers like nobody greets you or says anything then they’ll just hand you your food & say nothing. Someone must’ve been feeling petty today because they barely gave me any fries after i asked for extra crispy. It’s supposed to be 4 oz of fries but they gave me closer to 2. I’m disappointed by this location. I waited few visits before writing this review but this is my 3rd time in a row having some type of issue:
