I was having problems with the mobile app working so I walked inside and told them my order, and that I would like to use my points to pay for it. The boy said ok and then charged me full price for the drink. I said again no, I wanted to use my points. I was only supposed to pay like $3 of the drink. He said “oh” started to walk away and I said no… I wanted to use my points (I said this for the third time) and he said “well… you want a refund?” I’m like…duh.. yeah! Then he refunded me and I asked how to use my points and he said “don’t know, I don’t deal with that” and I said just forget it and walked out. I’m not going to put his name out, but his demeanor was rude the entire time of the interaction.

Asked the guy from the start if he would ask them to make sure they put the right amount of ice. Otherwise they come out runny. He was with me the whole time and did not communicate that.
So, your team is big on saying things like "I can't control how smoothies come out" and "that's how it's supposed to be".
Well, I have 2 smoothies with two completely different consistencies served from your store at the same time.
Which one is correct? They can't both be. I actually think they are both wrong, but it's still funny to see so much inconsistency. Lol
I would love to talk with the owner. Y'all used to make them great. Not sure what happened.

Took too long to take my payment, they were taking the next cars order, even after they had messed my order up at the screen and were trying to fix it. They then were standing at the window instead of making my drink for too long. I was in a rush and they completely disregarded any sense of urgency. My order and experience alone made a line from behind me when I was originally the only car in line. Very disappointed.

When I went in to ask for a refund, guy at the counter with blonde hair said “I don’t even work here”. I walk out without refund, one employee followed me out and yelled something along the lines of “it’s new years!” Going to ponchatoula one for now on. Went in the other day for a quick smoothie and was pleased by the cleanliness of the store and helpfulness of the employees. Cravings are pretty crazy with this pregnancy so I was very grateful for the recommendations and help from Ian. Would for sure come here again and recommend it to friends.
Had time to kill before a foot doctor appointment, so I went to this store and I met a little guy named “IAN” who was like the smoothie guru and hooked up me up with my perfect drink. Not only did “IAN” know tha menu but he also knew about toe fungus and he helped me out with alot of information on the issue before my appointment while making the smoothie , so thank you guru “IAN”
