This place has the worst customer service! They do not take your order right, then they try to blame you. Today is a Friday which if you buy a 20oz you have an upgrade, well didn’t happen even though I mentioned when I did my order. Then they tried to charge me for a 30 oz, I let the cashier know that it’s a 20 oz with upgrade, he changed the order and gave me a 20oz smoothie. They corrected but for the first time, I had to ask for refund tasted so bad! Definitely do not recommend this store!

I’ve been here several mornings say they open at 6 am and never is open figured I’d try it one more time today got there at 6:03 all the lights were off then I saw a guy get out of a parked car and go in. Then the same guy I could see in the drive through window pick up a headset. I drove by the window with his back to me. Sorry I hate for people to be on time and places to be open when they say their hours are.

$2 increase between baton rouge and here. I get its a franchise and different owners price differently but thats a pretty big price hike. Was excited to have a smoothie king near work, but ill just get one at the start of my commute instead
Got some smoothie bowls and was amazed on the quality I love a açaí bowl but I've never gotten one that was so pretty and worth 13 dollars...10 out of 10

Just a warning the one by walmart in hammond la owned by Mr.Matt terrible at communicating with employees my daughter worked there the first biweekly checks had problems paying all the employees on time then the second time she was supposed to get paid she quit due to them constantly harassing her to come to work when not one but both her babies just had surgery a 1 yr old and a 2 yrs old she told them in advance that she could not work then until they atleast recovered for a 24hr period was told her check was in on fri then drove 30 min to pick it up to be told it was mailed out Thursday the day before so a week goes by n still no check now she is a single mother of 2 small children n can't get the check she worked for without calling hundred times n one location phone doesn't work the other actually had one lady Mrs.Joyce the manager of another location on railroad was the only one that was trying to help get answers she is the only good thing i can say about them because Noone took the time to call even after several messages that we know Mr. Matt received and no call no message nothing so she was nice enough to try and help the best she could but the only answer we got was he said he mailed it Tuesday so now we are told a diffrent story than the first one it was mailed not Thursday but Tuesday after several calls n complaints that were started on Tues n just straight bs and that it should be coming in by sat now so just wanted to put that out there that u might want to think before trying to apply here and trust me that's not all I could say about this store and what goes on in it but that's not what I'm here for I just think ppl should be paid what they are owed without having to run it down call repeatedly every day n still have nothing to show for what they worked for thanks Crystal
I ordered a watermelon hydration smoothie for my five-year-old because he’s sick Specifically ask them not to put any powdered flavoring or chemicals in it to just give them the fruit. He wouldn’t drink it, and when I tasted it, it tasted like artificial chemical flavoring . That was a waste of seven dollars. I tried to drink some of it, but it gave me a stomach ache. I don’t like artificial stuff. It’s so hard to get real ingredients these days everything is so fake

Short wait, friendly service! Everything was perfect! Eden took my order and made it, 10/10! She was kind and very patient. I will definitely be going back!

I was having problems with the mobile app working so I walked inside and told them my order, and that I would like to use my points to pay for it. The boy said ok and then charged me full price for the drink. I said again no, I wanted to use my points. I was only supposed to pay like $3 of the drink. He said “oh” started to walk away and I said no… I wanted to use my points (I said this for the third time) and he said “well… you want a refund?” I’m like…duh.. yeah! Then he refunded me and I asked how to use my points and he said “don’t know, I don’t deal with that” and I said just forget it and walked out. I’m not going to put his name out, but his demeanor was rude the entire time of the interaction.

One hulk runny, one hulk thick.
Asked the guy from the start if he would ask them to make sure they put the right amount of ice. Otherwise they come out runny. He was with me the whole time and did not communicate that.
So, your team is big on saying things like "I can't control how smoothies come out" and "that's how it's supposed to be".
Well, I have 2 smoothies with two completely different consistencies served from your store at the same time.
Which one is correct? They can't both be. I actually think they are both wrong, but it's still funny to see so much inconsistency. Lol
I would love to talk with the owner. Y'all used to make them great. Not sure what happened.

Took too long to take my payment, they were taking the next cars order, even after they had messed my order up at the screen and were trying to fix it. They then were standing at the window instead of making my drink for too long. I was in a rush and they completely disregarded any sense of urgency. My order and experience alone made a line from behind me when I was originally the only car in line. Very disappointed.

Poor service, rude employees, didn’t even tell me price of the drink. When they did tell me two different prices of drink. When I went in to ask for a refund, guy at the counter with blonde hair said “I don’t even work here”. I walk out without refund, one employee followed me out and yelled something along the lines of “it’s new years!” Going to ponchatoula one for now on. Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced from smoothie king
