can’t follow simple instructions. I always ask for SWEET strawberries and they ALWAYS give me unsweetened then get mad and look at me like i’m stupid when i drive around and tell them its unsweetened. don’t recommend and i say sweet strawberries MULTIPLE times.

I tried giving you avocado toast, which was amazing and the flavoring Christmas of the bread was exactly as I would’ve liked it to be. And also had a smoothie bowl which was fabulous and fresh

I placed an online order at Smoothie King (Store #1292). The toast I received was a little heavy on the honey, so I called the store to let them know. The two ladies I spoke with were so kind and immediately apologized, inviting me to come back so they could remake my order. Their customer service was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

I went and got a large angel food smoothie and it was a great smoothie usually when you get them bigger they are a little watery and lack flavor but this location has great smoothies I enjoyed every sip smoothie kings in Hammond must be on xgames mode

Just a warning the one by walmart in hammond la owned by Mr.Matt terrible at communicating with employees my daughter worked there the first biweekly checks had problems paying all the employees on time then the second time she was supposed to get paid she quit due to them constantly harassing her to come to work when not one but both her babies just had surgery a 1 yr old and a 2 yrs old she told them in advance that she could not work then until they atleast recovered for a 24hr period was told her check was in on fri then drove 30 min to pick it up to be told it was mailed out Thursday the day before so a week goes by n still no check now she is a single mother of 2 small children n can't get the check she worked for without calling hundred times n one location phone doesn't work the other actually had one lady Mrs.Joyce the manager of another location was the only one that was trying to help get answers because Noone took the time to call even after several messages that we know Mr. Matt received and no call no message nothing so she was nice enough to try and help the best she could but the only answer we got was he said he mailed it Tuesday so now we are told a diffrent story than the first one it was mailed not Thursday but Tuesday after several calls n complaints that were started on Tues n just straight bs and that it should be coming in by sat now so just wanted to put that out there that u might want to think before trying to apply here and trust me that's not all I could say about this store and what goes on in it but that's not what I'm here for I just think ppl should be paid what they are owed without having to run it down call repeatedly every day n still have nothing to show for what they worked for oh and dont always believe what u read on some these reviews they make their employees write good reviews for them weekly to keep them up thanks Crystal

Everytime I come they are just so sweet and amazing. My husband and I came on this past Saturday and they were really busy and not 1 time did any employee get upset, frustrated, rude, or anything of the nature. 10/10. My main location is w Thomas and I love them.
