Avoid. Took 45 minutes 1 mile away with Uber eats and it wasn't the driver. By time the order arrived it was cold. It took so long multiple drivers waited then moved on. Crappy cold coffee thar was supposed to be hot.

I was a little disappointed as I went through drive thru I ordered a caramel macchiato Hot, extra caramel & whip cream - I pull up to the window & the lady says “I’m sorry mam we made a cold macchiato but we’re making your hot now” so I’m like ok thanks . Well I go back another day & thru drive thru - sane order , I get my drink , drive off & NO whip cream ??‍♀️ no time to pull back around . So, now I just go inside .

I tried to Tip Emily in the window today she was SO sweet! She told me I couldn’t tip baristas if I didn’t put the money in an envelope with their name on it. Who’s got envelopes stocked in their car? GIVE THAT SWEET GIRL A RAISE ? ?

I'm a regular customer, Came in to order my usual to get turned down bc this establishment that opens at 5am or 6am couldn't break a bill, I'm an RGM so to hear someone tell a customer a customer that is a regular you can't break a bill at 1pm is unacceptable to me not to mention a very big disappointment to me. Me and my servers come to this establishment on a daily basis. I was off today so I didn't go bk to My Restaurant to get change so I left without getting what I wanted. Great Job to Customer service!!!

Went this Starbucks drank some coffee in my car. It was not great and caused me to have to run to the bathroom inside. An employee began banging on the door as if I was a committing a crime. They claim it was a wellness check after I'd been in there for about 8 minutes. Nasty coffee and very rude employees. Try PJ's in Hammond. Never had these problems there!

Was on a road trip and stopped here. The service was beyond exceptional. Hayden took my order, was extremely helpful and kind and had an amazing attitude. An older gentleman brought our food order to our table and was just so kind. I wish I had gotten his name as well!Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Love the speed of the employees at this location. They have decent food available. The atmosphere is old style in comparison to newer store. Yet they do have a large seating area outside. Order the coffee and be content. I live the frozen espresso.Parking: Park on the side of the building. Parking is a mess out front because of the drive through.Kid-friendliness: Yes yet nothing special for kids at this location. Yet they can sit at a table. No art work.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Yet the wheel chair parking is always full.

Ordered a coffee (very basic; medium roast, creamer, sugar), a butter croissant, and a donut at 5:33 PM. Pulled up at 5:48 PM (app said it was completed at 5:40 PM) and nothing has been started. Two cars in the drive through and one person waiting at a table, that was it. I ask them about it and they said that it will show "Completed" on the app as soon as they make the stickers... all three stickers were just hanging up there and she said they'll start on my drink now. She asked if I had food and what food I got, so I told her. Butter croissants are out. So now I have to get a chocolate croissant.At this point a bunch of people walk in and now I'm still waiting. It 6:01 PM and they haven't even started my food. My husband came inside, needing to use the restroom anddd it's locked with a code on it.We're late to our event, he needs to use the bathroom still, and the customer service sucked. Also, it was dirty as hell and there's just a random wet floor sign on the ground with nothing around it? And there's multiple working rn so I don't know why it's taking so long (like 4 people).ETA: My husband and I walked up to an employee and asked for my food and she just walked away. A couple minutes later she asks for the name and grabs food ALREADY ON THE COUNTER and then hand to me goes "Hey so we're out of butter croissants". I just told her I knew and the chocolate croissant right there was mine. We took it and left at 6:07 PM.Again, when I got there only two people were in the drive through and one was at the table. Probably ten minutes after I sat down, a couple groups of people walked in and ALL got their food and drinks before me. While mine was just sitting there. All of my food is cold.Literally so annoying. My husband and I attend regular events in this area and this is the closest place I can get coffee/food but from now on, I'm just bringing some from home.
