I came here by accident, but I do not regret it. I placed the order at a different location and was informed of it. Instead of letting me drive almost 10 minutes out of my way this Starbucks just swap my order over to this location., Was amazing and understanding. I’ll definitely make this location my home location for now.

The girl that was working the drive through today 2/5/24 around 3:45 was extremely rude when I drove up to the window. She complained that she couldn’t hear me and said “I told you to wait for a moment because I couldn’t hear you.” I told her I couldn’t hear her either. She then said sarcastically “well next time when we ask you to wait just wait.” Her passive aggressiveness was uncalled for and there was no reason at all to be that rude.

New and modern. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. We go on Sunday mornings and there are always plenty of employees working. Everyone is so pleasant and will tell customers "thank you for your patience" if things come out a little later than expected. They should be a model for other Starbucks nationwide!

Aiden (wannabe shift supervisor) is probably the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. When incorrect drinks were brought back in instead of going straight to remaking them he decided to instead first ask if I wanted a refund and when I didn't because I had already waited for 25+ minutes he proceeded to say the ticket on the cup was wrong, again not my problem. I told him that i wasnt waiting another 20 minute for my drinks he told me to chill. Then threatened to refund me and ask me to leave because i got irritated when he told me to "chill". I told him i would be contacting corporate to which he responded and said like corporate cares.

Best coffee I’ve ever had!!! Service is always fast and they are so nice, o go so much they literally remember my name and order the second i pull up. Definitely haven’t loved a coffee place more than this location, AMAZING WORKERS!

What is the purpose of a coffee shop that doesn’t have coffee. I have always been a loyal customer of Starbucks, since you first came up, but, you are about to lose me for good. I am more than annoyed that you are now only brewing fresh coffee when it is asked for ??? Seriously?!?!!! Bad bad business.
