Best Subway location I have visited. This location is remodeled and looks amazing. Food was fresh and taste delicious. The restaurant was clean, nice and neat. The employees were friendly and respectful.
My sandwich was perfect. It looked good and tasted amazing.
I will love to visit this location again.

This Subway is Very Nice. I Love this Place and they provide best Veggie Patties in Sandwich. And they have fresh Vegetables. Staff is super Friendly. I went their floor is very Clean. ??. My experience is so good.??

The guy behind the counter made me feel uncomfortable. I asked him for mozzarella cheese and he told me it was discontinued. When I got to the end of the bar I seen the mozzarella and I said “ it’s not discontinued it’s right here” he said “ I know it’s just extra” as if I didn’t have an extra 2 dollars for cheese. lol 0-10 would not recommend!

I ordered dinner for my kids . However, we noticed after we made it home that the breads were switched. I called the subway on sw railroad to tell them about the problem. The guy that answered the phone talked to me with such a nonchalant attitude, so distasteful. I asked if I could speak to the manager and all I heard was an utter silence, so I eventually hung up. Please check your food before leaving these restaurants. These people that take our money and serve us have no compassion, nor do they care.

I got two sandwiches on the app one for me and one for my sister. I got one with no spicy whatsoever and they ignored that request when I got the sandwich. Then, when I got my sandwich I asked for bacon added and there was one strip on one side. When I entered to get my order they ignored me when I said something and then couldn't find my order when it was on the counter. They also gave it to another person at first, but he said it wasn't his order.

Well until today this was my go to store. The person behind the counter never said a word to me as I walked in. Never asked what they could get started and when I said "I'd like to order a foot long multi grain" I got a snap back of "out of multi grain" not a we are out can I get you something else etc. IF you hate your job that much then quit. Businesses struggle enough without rude and nasty employees being clearly annoyed that someone came through the door. I'll drive the extra distance to go to Ponchatoula, the one by the airport, or Robert. Check your employees. They are horrible!

It's frustrating to place an order when one doesn't speak engish well. I watched these ppl make a pickup order, and it was a team effort bc both of them looked confused reading the ticket while making the sandwich. I had to repeat my order numerous times for them to understand me. I almost walked out bc it was so frustrating. And please stop counting every single piece of topping when fixing orders.

I placed an order online and when I checked the sandwiches at home, one of them didn’t have cheese. I called to explain to the staff member and he kept insisting that he put cheese on both sandwiches. I looked, my sister looked, and no cheese. I was told to bring it back and I can get a new one made. Get all the way there, gave the employee the sandwich, he takes it to the side, opens it, and claims there was cheese on it and told I could have another made if I paid for it. I just walked out and left. That was poor service and I even tipped on my order that I picked up because I know they are important.
