Great and wonderful experience with Rutvik, he was courteous, polite, very friendly and professional. Rutvik prepared the perfect Subway Club for me, with every attention to detail and exactly how I like my sub prepared. He went the extra miles to folding my sub perfectly so the vegetables fit nice in the sub. They were not hanging out and drop out when you pick up the sub like others who prepared my sub. Rutvik was outstanding and made me very happy in preparing my Subway Club. I could not have ask for better service and kindness.

Ever since there was a change in ownership/ employees, the food is disgusting. I have been going to this establishment since 2017 and the last 6-9 months the food is garbage. I know travel to to one in Tickfaw. I have also been eating there since 2017 and I work near that one. ITS TOP TIER.

The restaurant was very clean. Ritvik and Vikcy were hard working and very polite. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasted great!

I always have a great experience when I visit this Subway location, and that’s thanks to Rutvik and Vicky. They are amazing servers who consistently go above and beyond. They’re friendly, professional, and always make sure my order is just right. It’s the kind of service that keeps us coming back. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent customer care!

If we could do more than 5 stars we would we do not know who the young gentleman that waited on us tonight but HE IS AMAZING. THIS young man was the most sweetest sincere patient we have ever encountered. I sincerely truly will not go to any other location. Not sure if they have new owners or what But he has to stay and thank yall soo much.

ONLINE ORDER....My sandwich was so delicious. The bread was fresh. The only complaints i have they forgot my pepperjack cheese and they always heat my tomatoes with my sandwich ( unless the tomatoes were already soggy).

This was the worse fast food encounter i have had. i understand others are taking over but they don't understand english, the main language spoken here. I asked for light lettuce and the worker gives me more lettuce than meat!! They saying they take certain coupons but some coupons they won't take. You can't pick which coupons to abide by and which ones to say no too. As a former Subway Manager, this is insane. They don't listen to the consumers. Had a man waiting over 20mins for his online order and then when he finally gets to his drink, there is no ice. And they say they can't fill it up because it's too busy but they have 3 workers. Two
young men and one older women. The men struggled to make the sandwich to our standards and the lady didn't know how coupons work. Please subway corporate. I know yall have videos and lesson plans. Get your franchise to do the work. Or get old
owners back, at least the food was still good then.
Learn English, or pay more attention, but this was dumb.

Sandwich was alright but the way one of the employees was looking at me gave me a pretty weird vibe. Had my go-to order of
Roast Beef Hero with Garlic Aioli on Italian Herbs and Cheese. Definitely overpriced but that didn't really matter.
My main concern was with this one employee. This was a decent bit back so I forgot his name but it started with either a T or C, and he had a lot of tattoos. He was eying me up and down and gave me really weird stares and this creepy tone. Made me feel really uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave the whole time.
For the most part they usually get my sandwich right, but everytime I order something to go pick up, whether I have an extra side such as a churro or a pretzel, they always leave it out of my order and I have to go back to get one and either have to wait for it to be made or whatever. The service is awful. And if you get something delivered and they forgot something, then you have to go through a painful process through a third-party just to get your money back instead of being able to actually get the food you wanted. They're lazy, to put it simply.

Absolutely horrible service. Told the young man 3 times what I wanted and he still could not make the sandwich kept worrying about his phone and yelling to his other coworkers do not know what happened but horrible experience left and went to another subway
