Usually I have no problems here. Everything usually on point. But today two different cookie Karen’s threw off the two guys there. They were both talking at the same time. Stepping in front of people and nothing was communicated to the guys there. Just weird

Not usually impressed by them but today was particularly bad. Put bacon on my sandwich despite me not asking for it, which is a listeria risk because i am pregnant and deli meat carries listeria(sandwich was chicken) but they refused to remake the sandwich & just took it off. They then charged the 6inch as a foot long & refused to void it out at first, but when the manger charles said to, she voided it out and tried charging me for a footlong a second time. On top of that sandwich was drenched in sauce and drink was bitter.

Nice staff! Good food! Love their subs! Great value!Parking: Parking was not a problem! Went after lunch period! I was lucky! When I was leaving, it was busy.

Ordered online. Received exactly 2 pickles, 2 jalapenos, 0 banana peppers, and enough olives to feed a small Mediterranean village. Why?? Why did you assume i hated everything i asked for except for olive. The olive to other topping ratio is bad. Basically inedible unless you take the olives

They accomodate my dairy allergy so well with the absolute best service Ive ever seen. We have subways all over us, but I only go here because they always treat me and my husband so well with my food allergy. The food is fresh and perfect in every bite! The atmosphere is so friendly and clean. I thank the employees for always giving us the best service! They kind of know our orders here since we are regulars lol too!Vegetarian options: Very accommodating! Clean hands, knives, new paper plate mat and gloves. Just let them know before ordering. Worst location of all. Employees are lazy. Doesn't matter what your you go in there, they never have cookies. You can go as as soon as they open and they'll tell you they just ran out.
