I waited in line, and when I got to my turn they told me that I had to drive all the way back around and wait back in line. I asked if I could just order at the window since the person ahead of me got to order and they told me no. I told him that I couldn't just drive around because I was blocked in and he said oh that sucks. Not to mention the person behind me got to order. It's a little bit unfair that I already had to wait in a long line and then they expected me to go back and wait in another long line. The last place I will be disrespected is Taco Bell.

I don’t know how the service is during the day but every time I order at night there is some sort of issue! They treat the food like trash and customers like trash! They make the food with no care what so ever, it’s dry, old, and thrown together! There’s little to no business and they take forever to give you the food when they end up giving you old stale dried out food anyway!

I find entering.We were rudely told to order on the kiosk.When all we wanted to do was look at the menu before we did order on the kiosk. The food was good. When I went to place a second order, I was told that I had to place the order twice in the kiosk and pay for it twice. I ordered a taco without cheese. I do not eat cheese and this Taco Bell never seems to get that right. There was only a little bit of cheese on the taco as I said when I brought it up there and they look at the taco and said there was none as I just pulled some off so I was like no there is some on the potatoes. Then after they remade it it wasn’t very good. 0/10 experience.
