People making the food can't read the order and make it right...Ever.

A beefy 5 layer with No Beans.

At least it was fresh

Every time they put the beans on it.

Please hire the computer who does the order taking to make the food as well. At least she can read. 😆

Ordered the $5.00 meal deal box. Thought it was a good buy. Ordered the crunchy taco,, the Crunchyroll wrap, cinnamon crisps. The taco fell apart-no crunch. If was as if it was microwaved to heat or steamed. The Crunchyroll was hard - not crunchy at all and some parts were so hard you couldn't bite, will not ordered that again

Box of 12 tacos, every one of them were poorly made, old lettuce & the meat temp was almost boiling hot. The entire time waiting outside the window, There is a girl with pom pom blue hair and a young gentleman, Cutting up so loud. It's cool to see people enjoy their job but to disregard the people next to you while jumping around, screaming laughing, playing around in front of them, it's not professional than to serve the crap in my taco bell bag was just BS. Get your employees to care all more about customer service, please.

Ordered online. Several items were out, that weren't listed on the app. (I've ordered before and items are grey and not an option when currently not in stock) I was given a partial order and told to get a hold of customer service on the app. This was very preventable. On top of this I wasted my birthday reward for a frozen drink, and there's no way to be reissued this. DOA
Customer service on the app didn't respond, had to wait a week and submit a second ticket for help, the automated bot shot me over a $5 coupon, and said they'd get to me. It's been 3 weeks, almost 4, and still nothing. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Something is wrong with this location, I'm having to drive to the location by Winn-Dixie, and I haven't had a single issue there, in fact on long waits over there they've given free drinks and been very friendly. This location has had staff issues in the past, has closed on many days because there was no one to work, which translates to manager problems imo. This location would do well with new management.

We paid $34.07 for 12 Supreme Party pack of tacos and the gave us regular tacos. We called after having to drive 15 minutes away with wrong order and manager was rude and lady at window with braids was rude and did not compensate us for having to drive all the way back. Atleast they could have let us have the food they messed up instead of throwing it in trash. Workers always want to have a attitude When they could have easily just fixed the food correctly the 1st time we ordered. Food also was put in box sloppy. Never will I go to this location again. July 20, 2024 PM.

The food is good , but for the first time ordering for myself... I ordered in those screens and tap that I was paying cash on the counter, but they didn't call me or anything. Also, bathrooms need improvements. It gets 3 stars just for the fact that I think the burrito was in the house because of the inconvenience.
