We went with the buffet because the seafood options won't be available for another 7 months according to the lady taking our order. The buffet small but it was good, but we were expecting knock out socks off Jambalaya and that was not the case. Good job on the name, it got us to come inside. But the food didn't live up to it.

Disappointed would be an understatement! Got there at 7 pm employee seemed to be cleaning up for the night and uninterested in providing any customer service or even interacting. We had never been there before so had a few questions about the menu. A few items were unavailable so he suggested we go elsewhere...should've taken his advice. The chicken and sausage gumbo was terribly greasy. Sausage was dry and I'm pretty sure the "chicken" was actually turkey. It was room temperature at best! The jambalaya was cold and sticky. Again sausage the sausage was very dry. None of the four of us were able to eat, let alone finish our meals. Not surprising there was not am employee in sight to even complain to.

The food is disgusting. I was born and raised in hammond right here in the south. This ain’t it! Should be ashamed to serve this food.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful but The food was not what I was expecting, the gumbo was nothing but beef broth,a whole chicken thigh,an rice..the portions was big and cheap but the quality was poor...I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to TRY OR LIKE GUMBO AND JAMBALAYA..

This was hands down the worst Cajun food I've ever had the displeasure of running across. To say the food was absolutely hideous would be a huge understatement. If you're driving along and you happen upon this place, keep driving until you happen upon something else. Anything else.

Seems like half the buffet was out of a can and overpriced.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Pretty decent place. Mostly empty at 1 pm so plenty of seating selection. Decent amount and temperature of food in buffet. Big pieces of tender chicken in any chicken dishes. A bit difficult to break into bite size with provided plastic spoon & fork since knives were out. I've had their take-out buckets previously and very much prefer that to the lunch buffet for quality of food.

Outstanding service. I thought the gumbo was good. While I certainly wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had, I will say it met and slightly exceeded my expectations when I stopped here. This is a fast food stop and with that in mind I think 4 stars is a sold review.
