Don't order Matcha Tea b/c they put mostly water and no matcha. I order a chicken sandwich and the chicken smelled old and it was completely tasteless. I had to order honey mustard extra which they wanted to charge 60 cents for but I told them their sandwich was so horrible I couldn't eat if without something. My daughter ordered the Gouda Grilled sandwich. They literally put one slice of Gouda ... it was sliced cheese and a bunch of veggies ... the açaí bowl was good ... it was over 40.00 for lunch and I left that watery matcha on the table ... it's overpriced for what you get and if it were good I wouldn't complain ... but it was not good and I can't recommend it to anyone. I tried to eat local but next time I'll just go to Starbucks... it is just better food than this. They should do better for that price ... and the lady on the register threw my credit card on the counter when she was done with it ... even my daughter noticed how rude and disrespectful this behavior was. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very pleasant atmosphere. It was our first time trying anything at a juice bar other than fruit smoothies. It was well after lunchtime but too early for dinner. We opted for bowls - one with an açaí base, and another with dragonfruit. THEY WERE AMAZING! Sooo satisfying, fresh, and healthy. We are not from the area, but we will return to Tru Cafe whenever we are in town. It was THAT good!

This place has tons of GF options, warm wood and plant accents in their interior, and a really approachable and knowledgeable staff. I have MCAS and I even got some donuts I can eat, locally made. They also have a drive thru and outdoor area. Breakfast, lunch, drinks, treats, all kinds of dietary friendly options.

Greated with warm smiles so I knew this would be a wonderful experience. Awesome suggestions by the young lady at the counter. She was so sweet and brought my meal along with napkins to the table. The dozens were vegan no dairy nuts soy sunflower etc. loved it!! First place on my healthy places while in Louisiana.
