Husband and I are on the road again, and this time we stopped in at Tru Café in Hammond, LA, looking for a bite to eat. We're at the beginning of a lifestyle change and have committed to going all in with a plant-based diet, so we were eager to see what they had to offer.

Such great food and people! There’s a large selection of tasty, healthy options made with high-quality ingredients. Perfect for those with dietary restrictions or who want a clean/nutritious meal! It’s a great place to eat or to study and get some work done. I can’t recommend it enough!
