Would give 0 if possible. Lady told us to wait after ordering our first item, then 5 minutes late said “you can come to da window” and we said we were done and she huffed and puffed and said “OH” so we left. 0 out of 10

This Wendy’s is horrible. Sit at the drive thru with no one in line and they tell you to hold. Waited 30 mins and no one ever came. Tried again one more time. Same thing. Needs to be shut down or have new management.

The woman at the service e desk was really angry,she struggled to get the order.right.The blond man who gave us our order was a kind friendly man.Please try harder with the staff,bad moods are not good in business.
Do NOT make mobile orders at this location. The app takes your money, but the workers refuse to fill orders even with reciept proof saying that they do not have wifi so there is nothing they can do. Manager is absolutely 0 help. Corporate complaint had to be filed to get my money back.

Worst Wendy's in the State of Louisiana. Always slow beyond slow ( your entire lunch time for lunch slow) and by the time you get the food its hard and cold. Just need to CLOSE DOWN.

Would leave a zero if I could. Stood inside for over five minutes with nobody in line but my family at the counter while the manager looked at us while counting a drawer of money in the drive thru while other staff walked by us never acknowledging us at all. Looked right in our eyes and walked by. This Wendy’s is not worth the stop ever.

It's probably one of the worst Wendys I've had the displeasure of eating at. Staff is rude, service is slow, and their fries are just shaped potatoes of mush thrown into cardboard. No fountain drinks at all were available, and after my wait, they got my order wrong.
Once i asked for a refund on my order after a half hour wait, and you would have thought i asked them to kill a beloved relative. First they said they couldn't (not true). And then they were rude for a refund of 2.80 cents.
Go literally anywhere else.

If I could give this restaurant a Zero, I would. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant! We were not greeted upon our arrival, in fact we were completely ignored. The employees begrudgingly gave an order to the only other customer in the restaurant who looked very angry as he left. There were 5 employees standing around and ignoring us. I went to the restroom which was in horrible condition. As I came back to the counter, they finally took our order and gave us a cup for the beverage station. I got our drink & my husband picked up some condiments & napkins. I selected a table (the place was empty at 11:13, which made a huge impression). My husband waited several minutes and no one behind the counter was doing anything towards preparing our order. Finally, a person who appeared to be in charge ask if she could help him. He said he was waiting for our order and listed what we ordered. She called to the other employees and they started preparing our food. We ended up with our food but his bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, lettuce, or tomato. While we were eating, four young men came in and waited about four minutes before they were asked to order. We ate our entire meal while these young men waited for their orders. Their orders dribbled out one at a time as they waited. Two had the wrong food & had to have their orders corrected, which brought the distain of the workers. The last young man FINALLY received his order as we were walking to our car. While they waited, another man came in, was ignored for about 5 minutes, and then angrily walked out. He was the only other customer besides the four young men and the man who left as we arrived. That’s a total of 7 orders. There were a few cars going through the drive-through but not enough to make a line longer than two cars, so that shouldn’t have added any pressure for the employees.
I don’t usually mention this but it must be said that all the workers were black and all the customers were white. There was a distinct atmosphere of distain towards the customers because we were white. The workers seemed to deliberately work less efficiently as customers expressed frustration with body language and audible sighs.
I honestly have no idea how this restaurant continues to operate.
