There is a complete lack of customer service at this Wendy’s. This is now the third time items have been missing from my order, which shows a clear pattern of negligence. I waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and drove around the building multiple times, only to see employees on their phones instead of assisting customers or paying any mind to drive-thru. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management and staff accountability. It’s astonishing that they get paid for this.

The manager is always so nice and friendly and in such a good mood and My food is always fast and fresh. I love coming to this Wendy’s and only come to this one for my breakfast sandwiches.

We stopped here for breakfast while traveling, and I was extremely impressed with the outstanding service.

The food was good—hot and fresh.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the sole employee working the counter. She was clearly busy, managing all the orders and fulfilling them herself, but she handled everything with grace and genuine effort. She was doing her absolute best to accommodate every customer in a nice manner and never let the pressure show. It's rare to see that level of dedication and professionalism, especially when someone is clearly running the whole operation alone.

This employee deserves major recognition for her efficiency and incredibly positive attitude. I highly recommend this location, and I hope management recognizes the excellent service provided by their staff!

if i could rate this a 0 i would. if you wanna wait 10 mins at the speaker waiting for someone to take your order with no other customers at the establishment then this is where you should come. terrible attitude. if you hate your job that much just quit:)))

Worst customer service worst food the order was completely wrong and they wouldn’t even answer the window are door to fix it actually set there watched me drive around knock and blow they closed the store at 12:10 and the food I did get was burned hard and cold I will be at this business in the morning with several more people protesting this is happening to often and we ordering these 50 $ orders and not getting even half the food and there not trying to fix it are refund I will never ever order at another Wendy’s in tangiphoa parish and will be sure to let the food critics know exactly how my service was and the better business bureau and the board of health because my child can’t even eat the nuggets there solid like rocks I ordered food for 5 kids and only 2 of the meals was kind of salvageable but all they was able to eat was a burger so behind 50 $ I had to feed 5 kids off of 2 burgers and now I got to get up after midnight and go find some more food this was the eorst experience ever and I lost 50$

Getting as bad as McDonalds. Food is over priced, never right, drive thru people are always rude. Frosty swirl? Like McDonalds- Ice cream NEVER works. 3 times I have tried to get a swirl since they came out, still don't know what they taste like.

terrible service. ordered my meal HALF WAY and then they made me pull up to the window before telling me it was cash only. the woman at the window was very rude and had terrible attitude.
