Practice making sure everything is in the bags. Have been twice and both times something was left out. Yes I should have checked the bag but if u ask and they say yes ma'am I put it in there.

These people just don't want to run a restaurant.
The systems here are down so often that you would think that there is a hacker devoted to harassing the place, not that any of the workers would ever tell you off the bat that they are down.
A few nights ago on 11/13/24 the workers were sitting on the curb outside the restaurant (pictured) and no one answered the drive-thru box for a whole 5 minutes. So I drove around to ask what's going on, just for them to tell me that "Wendy's was down" and they couldn't take any orders.
A few days later at the same time of day I was told that the systems were down and they could only take cash. This was the story again tonight. All occasions happening at 11PM.
The Wendy's across town never has these problems, and we're working fine on these very days. Strange.

I recently ordered the "KRABBY PATTY MEAL" from hit series "SpongeBob Square Pants". The burger was an absolute delight despite the "secret formula sauce" just being big mac sauce. The "Pineapple under the sea" frostee was not mixed properly and the syrup had sank to the bottom of the cup. Fries were lukewarm and unseasoned. I had to check my bag after I received it and discovered i was missing a spoon (how did they expect me to eat my "Pineapple under the sea frostee"????)But overall it was a semi enjoyable meal (for fast food standards) and I will be back for another adventure under the sea.
I arrived at the drive thru at 10:45 am and lunch had just started being served. I’m thinking great, everything will be fresh, crispy, and on point. I was wrong. I ordered spicy bbq nuggs and a jr. bacon cheeseburger. Nuggs were stale, tasted like they had been made the day before. The jbc was stale and dry. So I’m wondering, how is this possible if lunch had just began? It wasn’t even 11am yet. How is it possible for this food to be stale and dried out like that? Only bright spot was the young lady at the drive thru. She was very nice & polite.

The fries were SO good this time; I was very surprised! I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins bc they were short-staffed. The lady at the window was very polite and pleasant, considering. That surprised me, too.
Been sick with food poisoning after eating here. Never again.

Absolutley grossed out. First they failed to put one of our burgers we had ordered so my dad was missing his burger. Then I just so happened to open my burger to readjust the lettuce and see a hair. Please open your sandwiches before eating them this is absolutley disgusting. Needless to say I did not finnish it.

If y’all want indigestion first thing in the morning, come here and order the breakfast burrito with some oil-soaked French toast. No syrup. Not only that. I was the first one driving through and the last one to get my order. They told me to pull up like my father never did after he went to buy milk. And just like that he never came back. Like the fries they forgot to put in with my combo. For a second I got confused bc my burrito was so salty, I thought they had accidentally stuffed it up with salt packets. It had three things in it, bacon, egg, and over-seasoned fries plus the salt, salt and more salt. The lady was more sleepy than I was after a long night shift.
