They are very, very rude. I went to get a DoorDash order cause I’m a DoorDash person. I asked for a tray to hold the drinks for my customer and the lady threw it at me on the counter. They are very rude employees. I think the place should be shut down. Two the windows are busted thru ! Maybe the rude mouth probably why it got busted!

Really Zero Stars. Visit on 7/9/2025 around 1:15pm. One vehicle in drive thru at 2nd window pulling off. Went to place my order, was told very rudely it would be a 15 minute wait, no explanation. So I sat at the speaker to wait the 15 minutes. I was craving a Wendy's chili. Rude person came back on to tell me I could not wait there because I was running the timer. I had to leave and come back in 15 minutes. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This location is a hit or miss, not consistent with service or food. So I went and spent my $15 elsewhere and will NOT be back to this location ever. The truck that pulled off in front of me went just down the street to Sonic. So hey, whoever owns this store, your employees are costing you money and scamming the timer game.

The whole crew on 06/26/2025 was very respectful at 7:31 me, my ma and my kids came in to order the staff was very personable, friendly, attentive and loved the atmosphere you got good crew and hope they get recognized for there great work and how they run your Wendy’s also the manager she was very nice and respectful we will be coming back!

The speaker was super low for ordering . When i made it to the window the young lady never responded when i told her it was hard to hear her. She never gave a smile, or nothing. Just handed me my soda , my bag of food and sent me on my way 🤣🤣🤣. The fries and nuggets were cold and my pineapple-sprite tasted like carbonated water.

One of the try to thin mint Frosty and junior size, got told I couldn't.

The stores in Baton Rouge don't seem to have a problem with it.

Guess it wouldn't have bothered me so much if she wasn't such a prick about it

I figured the one-star review is the least I could do to let y'all know how how bad your customer service is.

Same old Wendy's but still better food than the arches, and still the slowest as manager scolds cash to take lunch in the middle of 2 orders and 6 customers in line, manager filled in and to redo 4 different orders after mixing them all up and decided to throw them all out and start over, 30 minutes in freaking line for cold poorly package food that looked like it was in the trash very hostle work environment yelling and cursing

So apparently theres a $3 fee for ordering through the drive thru, vs the app which you still have to used the drive thru for. I saw the $11 meal advertised somewhere. Figured id stop in and try it, wound up paying $15, went through the pain in the hind to update the app, reset my forgotten password, wait for it to load up and be slow. To find out they're really charging $3 more for just using the drive thru like normal. If I wanted a good $15 burger meal I could have gone to walkons. This is borderline scamming. Apps have made these restaurants so much less convenient, and just enabled them to scalp people. Food was as mid as wendys ever has been, we're about 10 years from that meal being close to worth $15. pineapple frosty was pretty on point though.

This is a location where the employees definitely hate their jobs. Had the pretzel baconator and the bun was cold... Eugh... The remix drink machine was out of 90% of flavors. Didn't even have several staples like Dr pepper , Sprite or barqs. Saw at least 4 different employees and none of them were taking a moment to wipe down the tables in the empty, yet totally abused dinning room. Feel like this is type franchise where the owner just doesn't care. Oh yeah and my 5 year old just reminded me there weren't ANY toys for the kids meals.. lol

Not sure why but I was going through the drive-thru and then they told me to come inside. And I was like why would I come inside for a drive-thru order.... Then I could hear them talking shit not only through the speaker but at the window. I don't understand the problem. I just ordered a chicken sandwich.

Lower prices and make sure you have food next time plus don't just do uber and door dash your not an independent company you're there to serve the public
