i went here two separate nights this month and ordered a biggie 5. first time, no nuggets in the bag. i did check the bag but very briefly and i missed it. second time, AGAIN, NO NUGGETS. i checked quickly but saw two containers in the bag and a burger so i left. i started feeling in the bag and INSTEAD of nuggets, i got TWO FRIES and a burger. WHY would you DELIBERATELY place two fries in my bag??? just why??? i would’ve waited on the nuggets if that was the problem. why do i have to sit here and check the bag every time BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE NUGGETS FOR YOUR ‘BIGGIE BAG’ ???? and i’m not the type to make a big fuss about customer service but atp it’s like why????

If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would. The customer service is -10 and the food is Always cold. The same management must own all the fast food on University/ Wardline. You can complain as much as you want, nothing is going to change. I try to make sure that I only eat at home, however, I was out and far from my house and had to take my medicine. My wedges were COLD, coffee was COLD. They raise prices for the same horrible experience. Same cold a## food but at a higher price. COOK AT HOME!!!!

It was about 1 pm Sunday afternoon, no one was in there. That should of told us something . The place was nasty. Floor was sticky, tables looked like they were wiped with a dirty towel. No baked potatoes, the drink machine only had a few choices, and some of them were just carbonated water. The burger was good, and the fries were like they were refried. Shame that it's not run better, such a good location.
The customer service is about as bad as it can get. I went through the drive through tonight, and they had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to them. I first pull up, mind you im the only person in the drive rhrourh, and waited a good few minutes before anyone even adressed me. The girl at the window had a nasty apathetic tone, and when she handed me my food she nearly tossed it to me, I said "thank you" and she simply didn't reply. I get home to find that they just threw together the burger without half the ingredients on it in a messy hurry, it wasn't even wrapped, just had the wrapper draped over it. Terrible experience and I've had this bad attitude and awful customer service the past few times I've went.If you hate serving customers, don't work a job where you do that.

Walked into the lobby at 8pm. 5 workers standing behind the counter goofing off. After about 5 minutes of us waiting, they decided to tell us the lobby was closed. When I asked why the sign said 10 or so, no one would give me an answer.
