Ordered a lot of food for lunch at work. Had two bags full! Walked out and completely forgot to grab the second bag of food. I went back to get it, to be met in the parking lot by the sweet girl trying to find me!!! Our order was completely correct and cooked to perfection!!!

Food is always made an hour late if ordered online, wait for ordering is 1 hour+, and they refuse to answer the phone laving me on hold for over 15 minutes each time i called do not recommend

I usually don’t leave reviews but i have to say..i’m not sure what changed at this place but it was for the better! The employees in there were very kind, and the food comes out MUCH faster now!! The lady named Keziah was very nice who took my order! I am very satisfied with my experience here today and impressed with how fast my food was out!

Every time I have ate here at the hammond location the food has mad me sick and has made me throw up not sure what it’s from but its everytime I eat here I even took a 6 month break from their restaurant and refused to eat there two nights ago I got some and ended up sick yet again

There was a time this place was good. BUT NOT NOW…the fries are ALLOWS ICE COLD..the wings are extra small…and it takes 2 hours to get your food..and the cooking area doesn’t look sanitary

I went in earlier today and soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff. It’s a very welcoming, service was great and so was the food. Kalacia is the one who rung me up, she’s extremely sweet, very attentive, patient and her customer service was top tier. My experience was at wingstop today was genuinely one of best experiences I’ve had.

I would not recommend ordering online. This is the third time we've ordered and did not receive our ranch (that we paid extra for), drinks, and fries. When you call in to talk to someone you're on hold and looping for 30 minutes and just give up. Can't call the delivery service either. Last time I had to go up there and tonight I can't. So now Ive paid for about $20 worth of items we did not receive. Poor customer service when you do go there to have them correct issues. On top of it all my wings.. soggy. Last time I order them.

As a coach, it’s difficult to find restaurants so happy and quick to serve a bus full of players. They did a fantastic job of getting our orders taken and food out in a timely manner, and even better, they did it with a smile on their face.
