I never leave bad reviews, but after the service I received today at this Wingstop, I feel it’s necessary. After placing an order, we were told there were no bottled drinks. We asked for tea, and they said they were out of that as well. The only option left was fountain drinks, but when we tried to get one, the drink machine wasn’t working either.
The manager then came out with a very rude and nasty attitude. When customers are spending their money, they deserve basic respect—customers are the reason employees have jobs in the first place. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. The manager claimed they didn’t have to offer a drink because it was “free,” but if that’s the case, why advertise a combo that includes a drink if you can’t provide one?
I then asked for a refund, and the manager, Clara, told me that because I paid with a Visa card, she could not refund my money. She said she would have to send an email to corporate and that they would reach out to me in seven days. So basically, she expected me to leave the store without a refund or credit on my order. At that point, I had no choice but to take the food.
This establishment is absolutely horrible. I would give it a -0 if I could. I do not recommend anyone go here. On top of preparing your food without any gloves on

Order DoorDash took almost 40 minutes to prepare for whatever reason. I got my food. There was absolutely no seasoning on my wings at all. I asked for them to be extra cooked. They were gummy and slimy. Never in my life have I ever had Wingstop this bad please get it together.Ewwwww

Ordered a lot of food for lunch at work. Had two bags full! Walked out and completely forgot to grab the second bag of food. I went back to get it, to be met in the parking lot by the sweet girl trying to find me!!! Our order was completely correct and cooked to perfection!!!

Food is always made an hour late if ordered online, wait for ordering is 1 hour+, and they refuse to answer the phone laving me on hold for over 15 minutes each time i called do not recommend

I usually don’t leave reviews but i have to say..i’m not sure what changed at this place but it was for the better! The employees in there were very kind, and the food comes out MUCH faster now!! The lady named Keziah was very nice who took my order! I am very satisfied with my experience here today and impressed with how fast my food was out!
