It’s sad when employees are more concerned with getting off work than doing their jobs correctly while at work.i ordered 15 hot honey rub wings extra well done, with voodoo fries for delivery. The fries are exactly as ordered but my wings are fried crispy and plain! That’s not what I ordered but was charged as such and of course nobody’s answering the phone! I order from Wingstop all over the country when out of town for work and don’t run into this issue. It just shows that no matter how great the business model, if you hire people that won’t do their job and correctly your
business’s reputation will take a hit and so will your profits!!

This is the most piss poor sorry excuse for a restaurant in Hammond. Orders backed up a mile long….Lobby FULL of people waiting for their orders over an hour and not one employee helping anybody. This is absolutely ridiculous. I gave them 3 chances and I WILL NOT ever order from here again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Shi gotta be joke whoever owns this needs to shut it down asap bc Yall obviously don’t care abt customers and when yall do yall won’t be working like this I ordered 2 hours ago and shi still ain’t ready I ordered for delivery and it never was delivered nowhere near the time it said so I pulled up and been waiting for an hour gave the dasher money just so they could leave 🤣🤣🤣

My experience with wingstop is good and bad. The food is always good, but they can’t get the order correct most the time. They also don’t answer their phone, I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for them to answer my call but I’ve been left on hold.

Food is great but they keep forgetting my fries it’s like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone when u call. I switched from just wings to wingstop but I’m thinking about going back to just wings

Ordered online - apps easy to use and gave us an expected wait time of about 15-20 minutes. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant cashier who told us that our food was being worked on. We proceeded to wait for about 45 minutes while we watched people who arrived after us pick up their food and leave. We had orders for several different people, and none of it was labeled, which made it a little difficult to figure out which food belonged to which person. For example, it was hard to tell the difference between hot buffalo and mild buffalo sauce if it's not labeled. The wings were mediocre at best. Looked like they had poured some sauce in the wax paper then thrown the wings on top of that. They weren't even coated in the sauce - basically had to do that ourselves once we got the food. The sauce is average at best. The mild buffalo tasted like someone took regular buffalo sauce and watered it down. Save yourself some time and money - avoid eating here. We won't be back.

I ordered at 11:14 when they close at 12 and they had to refund my order when I got there at 11:45 because we "made the order too late" like..... an hour before closing is too late???? Why are all foods places not only closing earlier but also closing their kitchen earlier, this was NEVER a problem before lol. I know it's not the workers fault but whoever manages the system could at least make it to where it won't allow you to order if they can't make your food so we don't drive all the way just to be told no

I went back again and I loved it. I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. A lady with brown hair was really polite and attentive. It’s cool inside. It was clean. The tables were clean as well. I’m writing this Oct 21st, 2024 @ 6:31pm for this location.

the workers are sooooo rude and clearly do not listen my husband asked for hot honey gave him the whole wrong order and i asked for my wings fried hard and got soggy wings after repeating our order twice to the woman she still proceeded to give us the wrong order….it’s like the workers have 0 common sense

Do not go here ever not even if you have a coupon and it is free. The service, management included is terrible and rude. Common sense, if you have several people waiting for orders simply say, "I'm sorry, we are backed up or short handed we will get it out as soon as we can." That would be better than being ignored and then given an attitude because you have the audacity to be hungry and thought you could order food and actually get it. The young lady walked off and proceeded to talk under her breath. The manager hid in the back the whole time versus dealing with the unsatisfied people waiting for their food. One young man used his whole lunch break to wait. I don't know how many people it takes to fry wings, but they had more than enough. Maybe they had to go catch the chickens I am not sure. I don't even know how they are in business still because even though I only go here twice a year.... it hadn't change. Throw the baby out with the bath water and rerun it!

we mobile ordered an order and had to wait for over an hour… and we still did not receive everything in our order. They did not include our side of fries, and barely put any seasoning on the fries that we did receive. Awful service!
