On a Tuesday night at 9:20, no one in the store, just a bunch of workers laughing around told us that they were not taking instore orders rudely.

Terrible customer service, and rude disrespectful employees. Extremely long wait times. They tell you 18 to 23 minutes but I can guarantee you it's going to be 45 to 60. Oh and if the health inspector did a surprise visit I'm sure they would find multiple violations. The place reeks of marijuana, bad attitudes, and a all around bad experience. Good job wingstop!! Way to really run a business...

The food takes FOREVER and the staff does not care about you or your food, I waited an hour and 30 minutes for wings and not a single person was in the kitchen cooking my food.

Today my daughter treated me to Wing Stop. Never had it before was the first time. My daughter got the Mango Habanero wings and I got the chicken sandwich combo meal. Everything was cook to order and super fresh. One of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. I got to try one of my daughters wings and that was delicious. Sweet then came the spicy kick! Service was great. My only complaint was tables and drink station needed a wipe down but in defense there was only one person working there and she did a wonderful job!

I make a combo order Charmaine place my order. $27.70 my order. When I got home fries wasn’t in my order. I drove 10 minutes back to wings stop she just said. Sorry. I don’t bagging. Really by the time I’m coming back to my house my wings will be cold.I disappointed with this serviceAnd I don’t recommend this place And I see why they have only two stars reviews

The literal entire staff needs to be fired, waited 45 min for 3 fucking tenders and all they did was laugh and bullshit in the kitchen. And my order was still wrong

I love wingstop, but this experience was TERRIBLE. There were two workers at 4:45pm—which is a pretty busy time. There were 10 people already waiting in line for pick up and dine in orders. Then a woman comes in for her shift and leaves to get something from her car for like 10 mins when they are slammed. She comes back in and her and the manager (I’m guessing) start to argue and nobody is doing anything about the guests that are already waiting and more are coming in. As of now, I have been waiting for 40 minutes for my food. I’m not blaming the two workers who are working now but they should definitely have more people on the shift and now not to argue when there are like 20 people waiting for their food.

I walked in, noone greeted me for over 5 minutes, now there is a line of people by the door, no customer gets greeted, but they texting on the phone and dancinG , one person wearing headphones just standing in the kitchen, i would assume listening to music.Looks like they changed the crew, because about a month ago they were hustling and was a bunch of orders on ready to ho shelf, now they dancing and doing what they prefer instead of talking to customers. Phone ringing off the hook, trashcans overfilled, greasy slippery floors, kitchen completely trashed (person that standing listening to music could sweep/clean up).Anyways, i was a regular customer but now i would think twice, they dont care, bring the old crew, that doesn’t dance but get the orders out and hustle. These here walk, text, and dance , 0 customer service, became a raggedy greasy food joint where noone cares.If theres DM I recommend addressing, im sure you loosing customers left and right while they here dancing.

The combo is $7.99 --I asked if it would be less if I didn't get the drink? They said yes --so I still wanted the sandwich and the fries --somehow ringing up a sandwich and fries it was $9 something -_- and they were sloooooow --they moved slowwly. The sandwich (mango habanero) it was just too much --too thick, too heavy. I have to try their wings sometime because I know they're popular with some people, but was not impressed this time...
