Applebee's Grill + Bar

We have not been to the restaurant in a long time so we tried it again. And I wish we did not. There was 6 of us and the food took a good hour to come out and when it did it was one thing at a time. 4 of us ordered the all you can it Rib-lets it was not all you can eat because we all ordered more 2 of us got the order about 45 mins later after the server told us several times it was about to come out. The other 2 asked a few time if it was come and she said I n a few mins so we just gave up and payed the bill. And pick up some on the way home. I will never go this place again.

This is the worst Applebee's chain that I have ever been to ever! The food was very sub-par, the all-you-can-eat riblets should be renamed however much we want you to eat, the service, if you call it that was poor, the manager said on her ass and the dining room the entire time and didn't really seem to care that we had an issue and we politely told her that we didn't want a credit or refund we would just never be back.

Waited 15 minutes before ordering a soft drink. Then ordered food and waited 40 minutes and left. Never received food. Truly sad. Probably the worst service I’ve ever received in my life.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
We had a party of 13, which was 5 kids and 8 adults. The service that we received was beyond ridiculous. Kayleigh, a waitress and Wesley, a manager was beyond rude and unprofessional. We waited over an hour for our food and the manager had nothing to say about that and didn't want to hear anything that we had to say about. The worst thing is, the restaurant wasn't even full. Loretta, who's one of the waiters's tried to assist us to no avail. I even witnessed Wesley, the manager hollering at her. and the manager even followed her.
This was definitely the definition of a HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Look, Place is nice and all… but the food was the main problem. The food gave me the worst Stomach Infection I have ever said, it has been a whole day, and I have diarrhea so bad where it burns to the point where it’s just water, it has almost made me puke after a few hours of digestion.

I called in for a lunch special today to pick up and Daralyn was sooo sweet and professional! She handled my transaction when I picked up my food and she was the best then!! My food was also delicious! The best burger in town! And, the best price too!! Thank you all at this Applebee's! Keep up the good work!

Mr Phinton was very professional and have a great personality with a good spirit.

Staff did their best to accommodate our 12-top walk in, it was surprisingly one of the best Applebee's experiences I've had. Kitchen almost got all of our food out together, but the server and manager made sure everyone was taken care of.

Placed an order in to go and was helped by Timmy. He was patient, kind, and brought my food out in a timely manner. I will be back and hope to be serviced by him again.

Service was just sad. Friendly when you could catch the waitress, but expect to wait an hour between sitting and ordering drinks, then another before ordering and receiving food, then another before cashing out. Not worth going back.

Miss Kimmi is absolutely the best when we walk in and she seats us. She remembers our names and exactly where we like to seat. Without her we wouldn’t even come to Applebees. She makes it the best experience for us.

Every time I go to Harahan I have eaten at least once in Applebee's.

They serve a vegetarian burger that I really like.
