Highly disappointed. I had never heard of Big Deal Burgers, located inside Dicky's BBQ Pit, so I decided to give it a try. The cashier, Layla, seemed confused, and the girl cooking made it obvious she didn't want to be there. I spent $67 and received trash. Seeing the complaints from other patrons, I should have realized something was wrong since there were only two customers there. I noticed the Owner responds to these posts and asks for the customer to contact him. This is unacceptable. I expect you to contact me. I would like a full refund. My family and I will never patronize Big Deal Burgers again. Totally not worth the money.

So when I got there to pick up our order, I was told they were out of burgers. The order consisted of two burgers a fry and a brisket fry. So after they accepted the order through doordash knowing they were out, the guy that works dickey BBQ cause this is one and the same had an attitude when I showed shock that they were out of burgers. Telling the lady that worked there she could deal with me. No one ever tried to contact me before I got there, nothing. Just attitude that I wanted to cancel the whole order that they hadn't even started on in the first place.
