Bill is a delight to work with! Since all food is prepared from scratch, it was easy to make quick changes for dietary and allergy issues. Everything was absolutely delicious with family and guests inviting themselves back the next day for left overs. Looking forward to the next occasion to have Bill come back with both our favorites and to try his new creations.

Wonderful food and a fantastic place (Courtyard on the Ridge) to have a birthday party. We had a disco themed party there and had a blast! Chef Bill Laderer created a custom menu of delicious appetizers and main dishes. His staff was attentive and did not miss a beat. Highly recommended!

I recently found out about this place when I attended an event there. The facility is very open and spacious. The staff was great in making sure that there was a continuous flow of food. And most importantly, every item was tasty and delicious. If you are reading this review to decide to try this catering company, I would definitely recommend with 2 thumbs up!!!

Another great company crawfish boil last weekend. Bill and his team brought their mobile equipment out and did an outstanding job with the boil, not to mention buodin balls, fried fish and shimp pasta! Always delicious and always go out of their way -- even with the threat of rain. Call Bill for all of your special events and catering.

Mr. Bill catered our wedding reception and did an outstanding job! He had to bring his mobile kitchen because our venue did not provide a kitchen space but that did not stop him from whipping up some phenomenal food. The guests at our wedding raved about how good the food was. Along with the food being delicious his catering team made sure everyone was taken care of and was constantly walking around with hor d’oeuvres. Highly recommend Mr. Bill and his team for any special occasion!

I went to Court Yard on The Ridge for a business function and the venue is spectacular!! The staff was friendly and everything was taken care of for us. BUT none of that is even the best part. The food is world class. I had the brisket which still makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I highly recommend using Bill for any event or wedding. Plus they have a mobile catering service too!
