I typically order takeout for my family; however, I have previously chosen to dine in without encountering issues of this nature. I spent $130 on our meal, and while my children's chicken tender meals were satisfactory, my husband and I found our dishes lacking. The sides were quite small, and I expected more from my Hawaiian ribeye and oysters, which, unfortunately, were served in an unsatisfactory manner. After waiting an additional 20 minutes for our order, I attempted to call the restaurant for assistance, but no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Our recent visit to this Boulevard location was outstanding and by far the best experience we have had at any of their restaurants. Tristian Martini provided exceptional service from start to finish. His professionalism, attentiveness, and personable demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. He offered excellent recommendations and concluded the evening with a signature beverage that was a highlight of our visit. We look forward to returning and receiving the same high level of service again.

I ordered a Hawaiian Ribeye, medium rare. I was served a pale steak, purple in the middle, and cold. When brought to their attention, they threw the same steak on the grill and returned it seared and dry. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in 2 years. I won't be returning.

Upscale atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. I didn't take a picture of my Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon and Curried Corn because it wasn't platted attractively, but the flavor more than made up for the presentation. Others at our table had grilled chicken salad, crab cake and shrimp Alfredo, ribs, a shrimp remoulade salad and the prime rib. Not a complaint out of anyone. 10/10 recommend!

The person dining with me ordered soup which came out barely warm. She returned it and enjoyed the soup once it was hot. I had the oyster appetizer and again it was not hot but because of the long delay I ate it anyway. I ordered the blue cheese wedge salad which has always been a favorite there. It did not have blue cheese dressing or for that matter any blue cheese. It had very little bacon and was truly a disappointment. I have given Boulevard many many chances but I think that was the last!

Let me preface by saying that my young daughter enjoys this restaurant - specifically the spinach dip. Because of this, we come here often. Over time, the prices have gone up while the food quality has simultaneously gone down. For example - either of the ribeye options now cost $48.50. The slice of kangaroo meat that was served to my table was slightly less quality than a $15 steak that you would get on a themed night at some boring Jefferson Parish dive bar. Frankly, they should be embarrassed by even serving what they did for the price they charge. The pork chop, of which I used to call one of the best I've ever had, is now over $30 and is a shell of what it once used to be. It is now roughly half the size of what it used to be, and less seasoning. Even an order of french fries is $10 now. In all fairness though, one constant is that the service is always good.

What once was a good option for a nice family meal is now priced like a high end restaurant, but with half the quality. I hope management(or the profit maximizing corporation that owns them) takes this to heart. My wife even mentioned how odd it was that on a Saturday lunch rush there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when there once used to be a wait - I think we know our answer as to why.
