Waitress brought my food out and she never came back once. I had to ask another server for a box and refill on my drink. When the waitress told my waitress she came to my table, no apology. The other waitress before I left apologized for the waitress who never came back to my table once she brought my food.

We hadn't been in a while, but it was always good. This time we got the Jambalaya shrimp, with no shrimp in it. My husband got the fried shrimp dinner where the shrimp were so over cooked they were like rocks. I got the stuffed crab that was all dressing and VERY little crab. I don't know if it was just a bad night or has their quality gone down?

This is my second time at Charles Seaford. The menu is quite extensive and lots of seafood options. You cannot go wrong with whatever you pick. We had the big Charles seafood, platter, gumbo, onion, rings, and hush puppies. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful, and I definitely recommend everyone check out Charles Seafood.
Great family seafood and Italian restaurant on Jefferson Highway. Their softshell crab is my favorite, but everything else I've had is phenomenal also. Sincerely kind and welcoming staff who go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. Worth the trip out to Harahan for this place.
