Happy Italian Pizzeria, Restaurant & Catering

I visited this establishment in December to celebrate my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna dish. However, I returned today, February 12, 2025, for lunch, hoping to replicate the positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I opted for the lasagna pizza, as recommended by my server, due to its popularity. Initially, the presentation was unappealing, but I proceeded to try it. The meats on the pizza tasted undercooked or of poor quality, prompting me to request the check from my server and to discard the pizza. I should have selected a cheese pizza instead. I am genuinely surprised that this pizza is one of their most popular offerings. I truly hoped to enjoy my pizza, but it appears I will not be returning.

The linguini with shrimp fabulous! Meat sauce with burrata Cheese & penne fabulous Italian wedding soup Cesar salad w/homemade dressing. All homemade dressings!

What a scrumptious experience! My husband got the lasagna (“Absolutely great!” he said) and I got the unique and delicious baked ziti (photo in comments). It is crave-worthy! Love the flavors! Meeting Lenny (the owner) was a treat. It says a lot about commitment to excellence when the owners are present. What a kind, personable man. And our server Terry, what a gem! Of course we got desserts. Blueberry cheesecake for my husband and carrot cake for me. Perfection! My slice was HUGE! Look forward to trying other enticing items on the menu, especially the peanut butter pie. I LOVE peanut butter pie and I hear that Happy Italian nails it! Challenge accepted! Thank you!!

By far best pizza in town!!! But they are always closed.

Family atmosphere, great people. Best Alfredo sauce!

Server was awesome, but frozen chicken strips on a chicken parmesan sub was just sad. Red sauce tasted like it was out of a jar also…. Wow, just wow. Scared to even go back to try anything else
