Walked in on today and cashier looked pissed no greeting or anything. It’s my first time eating there so I had to read the menu (still she’s not saying anything) I ordered a ranch wrap i gave her my order , paid and was standing there she says “food over there.” And pointed. I go get my drink and I’m getting frustrated because he reached me my food not in a bag. I took a deep breathe and explained to the man who reached me my food that it’s my first time eating here and he was very polite about the situation he showed me where everything was even where to get my potato chips from.

My order never showed so I finally called in an hour after I ordered it only to find out that they don’t deliver after 3 its through a 3rd party and then proceeded to lie to me about calling when I have had no missed calls or voicemails,
Completely unprofessional!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Absolutely disgusted with my decision to order from here tonight. I order from here specifically because you deliver YOURSELVES and QUICKLY. Not only was my sandwich delivered via Uber tonight, with no warning, and I DO NOT order through Uber eats for a reason, but it also took forever to receive. This is despicable customer service and you should be ashamed. I will not be ordering from this location again. The only positive is that the poor guy who answered the phone when I called was so pleasant and understanding but this business doesn’t deserve an employee like him.

I love how fast my food is ready for pick up. I work right around the corner so this is my go to before my shift. Everything I order is wonderful and made just the way I like it! I asked to try the tuna and it was really good so later in the day when my coworker ordered I got a tuna sub to take home that night, sadly their were soooooo many onions that I couldn’t finish half my sub. Which was sad because the tuna is so tasty. I just can’t with the excessive onions. Like I saw no celery but mad onions for some reason. So sad to say I trashed 3/4 of a really good sandwich but if you decide to vista this location just know… the staff is very friendly and your online orders are made very quickly.

Ok, New review here. First let me say, I love their sandwiches, but I need to point out a policy here that is completey absurd! They will allow you to drop meat from a sub, but if you just want to switch it, say from salami to ham, it's $4 upcharge! Is that crazy or what? I'm not even adding additional meat, just exchanging it. Completely all about the money and not the customer here. I'll have to revaluate my opinion of this franchise.

I just wanna say i tried here for the very first time today , the people were lovely and helpful , and I’ve absolutely never seen an establishment as clean as this one was !! It was literally the type of clean to make me write a review!!

If you want a $20 sub with 2 thinly sliced pieces of meat and 7 handfuls of lettuce, this is your place! Ordered the combo meal with a 20oz bottle of Coke that the seal was broken on already. Delivery was "freaky fast" as advertised, but it was only speeding up the extreme disappointment this time. Wrote a review on their website and still haven't received a response.
