All I got was a simple ham and cheese with the regular toppings that come with it. I mean who doesn't like a nice simple sandwich for lunch. What impressed me was the service. The nice lady on the line listened as I ordered and handed me my food before I was even done swiping my card. Now THAT'S good service. Keep it up Jimmy John's.

I stopped in for a quick weeknight dinner.
I arrived around 7:30, and it wasn’t very busy. The lobby was clean and quiet, perfect for a peaceful meal. I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was able to order without a wait, and had my food within 5 minutes. I got exactly what I requested. My sandwich was well made, with generous amounts of each ingredient and everything tasted fresh. I’ll likely visit again!

Some of the best sandwiches in the city! It definitely keeps up with jersey mikes and surpasses subway by far.

Ordered a Bootlegger thru their online website. It comes with rosst beef & turkey. When i opened my sandwich it was only Turkey..........

So much for freaky fast. Order my sandwich over 30mins ago it's not even out for delivery yet. Could've got a pizza delivered in this amount of time. 50mins later they send my order out.

Please tell mangmanet to show a little care for their employees.....this is regarding the Airline and Labarre location.

Walked in on today and cashier looked pissed no greeting or anything. It’s my first time eating there so I had to read the menu (still she’s not saying anything) I ordered a ranch wrap i gave her my order , paid and was standing there she says “food over there.” And pointed. I go get my drink and I’m getting frustrated because he reached me my food not in a bag. I took a deep breathe and explained to the man who reached me my food that it’s my first time eating here and he was very polite about the situation he showed me where everything was even where to get my potato chips from.

My order never showed so I finally called in an hour after I ordered it only to find out that they don’t deliver after 3 its through a 3rd party and then proceeded to lie to me about calling when I have had no missed calls or voicemails,
Completely unprofessional!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Absolutely disgusted with my decision to order from here tonight. I order from here specifically because you deliver YOURSELVES and QUICKLY. Not only was my sandwich delivered via Uber tonight, with no warning, and I DO NOT order through Uber eats for a reason, but it also took forever to receive. This is despicable customer service and you should be ashamed. I will not be ordering from this location again. The only positive is that the poor guy who answered the phone when I called was so pleasant and understanding but this business doesn’t deserve an employee like him.
