Got a door dash. We both ordered seared tuna salad. One small handful of lettuce, one small piece of cantaloupe, one even smaller piece of Avocado. 1 1/2 cherry tomatoes and 3 small pieces of tuna. For $28.89 each. Don't waist your money here you are definitely not getting what was described.

An absolute horrible experience, we ordered two steaks the Hawaiian rib eyes, they came to the table ice cold. the French fries were nice and hot, you could tell the steaks were sitting under a lamp waiting for the fries. The manager apologizes said the kitchen was backed up and she would send the gift certificate for our troubles. She took our names and addresses to send the gift certificate which by the way you can buy right at the front desk when you walk in, we got cold food, a $200.00 bill, no gift certificate and no satisfaction from management.

The service was amazing, Kia was wonderful and attentive to our needs. The food on the other hand was cold!

Service - visited with my kids after parades Mardi Gras Day. We were greeted and seated immediately even though they were slightly busy. The Hostess and waitress were very nice. Manager also visited our table and was also nice. Ambiance - the facility had a very nice upscale but comfortable feel. The dining area and bathrooms were clean. Slight gnat problem. Food - Not good at all. I think our ticket might have gotten lost. It took an hr+ for our food to come out. We unfortunately watched ppl come eat and leave and our food still hadn't come out. Two kids had burgers w/ fries, two had the chicken tenders w/ fries and a sides of broccoli , I had the crab cakes with loaded potatoes and fries and a side salad. The kids fries were old, the chicken tenders were not crispy, but soft and under-seasoned. The broccoli was severely undercooked. The burgers were good but unfortunately, my youngest only ate half cause a bug landed on her food and she smashed it on the burger. The crab cakes were cool and not hot. There was a dab of sauce so I can't comment on it. And the cakes had an equal serving of crab meat, breading, and crab shell pieces. I tried to eat small bites slowly as to not choke on the large pieces of shells. I gave up after one crab cake. I ordered two. My fries however were fresh and good but that disappointed the kids cause their fries were so old so I ended up having to share my fries with them. We had literally been out and about since 5am and I was too tired to complain or try and find a different restaurant after waiting an hr plus but I appreciate the waitress and manager trying to correct the errors I didn't even complain about. I wasn't charged for the salad or kids meal. Our overall ticket was $130 plus tip. For that price, I would not go back or recommend.

Expensive and small portions. Service was good just not crazy about food and for the prices should get bigger portions

So I have been going here since it opened and have had multiple great experiences. However, that means not all of them were great. This is a place I view as equal to Houston's Restaurant. Nice elegant dining but at a more affordable option than other steakhouses. So for the great experiences, it's kinda self-explanatory. Everything from service to food was excellent. Now those different experiences are where I have more to say. It's mainly inconsistency with the food. I typically order the prime rib or Hawaiian ribeye and have been served steaks smaller than my 10-year-old cousin's hand. I get things are expensive and times are tough, but it was quite ridiculous the food that was served to me. Besides that, there has been inconsistency in actually cooking the steaks. I am a medium rare guy, but sometimes they serve it quite raw. It's gotten to the point where I would order medium or medium well just because of that. Unfortunately, after having so many bad experiences, I won't be returning. I would actually recommend the Boulevard in Metairie, which to my knowledge is their original location. I have had nothing but good experiences there.

As far as chain restaurants go this one is pretty solid. Always clean, servers are polite and knowledgeable about the selections. Food comes out hot and is consistent. I saw there's a pretty good happy hour menu. Will be going back to try.

Last night a large group of us went to Boulevard for our annual get together. We had a 6:30 reservation. After we placed our orders the small plates were put on the table. They were all dirty. They still had food on them. Then the waitress dropped a drink on two of our friends. One had it splash on half of her back and her husband had it spill on him too. They offered a towel. The food finally came about 8:30. The manager offered more towels for them for the spills and offered to take her information in case there was a dry cleaning bill. The manager did not care that they were sitting there with wet clothes for two hours I guess. Very disappointed

Ate there for the first time with my wife. A friend gave me a $100 gift card. Waited was great and food taste very good. However, we Ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs with fries and an additional side salad to split. We don't eat a big lunch, and at most restaurants, this would have been plenty for the two of us. The picture on their website shows nice size meaty ribs. Well what they served us looked like they came from a Guinea pig. They were "4" of the smallest, meatless ribs I've ever seen. We complained to the waiter who informed us that 4-5 ribs was what they serve for a 1/2 rack., and that he was sorry that we were not satisfied. I told him I've never gotten less then 6 ribs in a 1/2 rack in any restaurant. We then proceeded to order an oyster Boulevard appetizer, as we were still hungry. The manager happened to stop by and ask if everything was okay. We told her no, that everything was not okay and explained to her what had happene. She said she would check in the kitchen and see what was going on. When she returned she said that the racks of ribs they had were running 8-9 ribs. She said she would not charge us for the oysters we ordered to make up for our displeasure. I don't know about the rest of the food they serve, but if your hungry, I wouldn't recommend the ribs.

Everything is great about this place. Food and service are top notch! The salads are great, I normally get the fish of the day, or a ribeye. Can't go wrong with either.

OOOOO our server and food runner were SNOBBY af!! Server came across condescending as well. I won't be coming back here. I mean the food was REALLY good but the way the server and food runner came across... I don't want to be around that again. I will say the restaurant was clean and calm. The bathrooms were also very nice. It also a kerfuffle with the check and having to wait a long time to get it. I just don't like how I was treated.

What an amazing restaurant, went for our friends anniversary, we had the 6 course taster menu and it was out of this world. We loved that the chef/owner came round explained all the courses.

Party of 3. 2 adults 1 child. We were sat at the bar area in a booth.. no problem with that. We waited for quite some time for our main course; a salad, double crab cakes and kids pasta... bit into a crab shell, kinda ruined my appetite after that. Kids past asked for pasta only; came out a everything separate, chicken, pasta and sauce. Question why put freshly ground pepper in a kids meal?? My server came got our order and haven't seen him since. I think he forgot to put in order so he had his fellow employees to finish service. He sat in The last booth eating ignorant to his job in hand. On my banlist for awhile. Don't know when I'll be back here but I know I will definitely not eat at the bar section. I haven't felt like not tipping in years . Lucky the wife was paying, she still gave in a decent tip that I felt not deserved . Kudos for the rest of staff. Saved his rear.

Came in without a reservation, that was on me. Came alone, and I was offered a table. Nice waitor, and very welcoming despite the fact that I saw they were clearly busy. (The other waitress was actually running..!) (I have been working in restaurants for about 20 years, so I should know a bit about the subject) I also went there because it was my last night here (only two days after coming from a different city) and I wanted to treat myself before the holliday ended. This was the top choice in the area, and the price of it didn’t really matter much but was rated as «$$-$$$» I could go into detail, but mainly: Food was ok, but very bland and a bit boring. My glass were never asked to be filled, I always had to ask. The wine I did get were not explained at all, just «a glass of Cava or White» and as I’m a sommelier I clearly have an interest in this. Was never asked about allergies or a winepackage, and most of all: they clearly value certain guests over others. As busy as they were, they sometimes Stood together and chatted with well-known guests in stead of getting an overwiew. The most unprofessional thing you can ever do while working in a restaurant is to make the guest feel like they’re in the way for the more important guests. After I overheard another table getting offered my favourite wine, (by name, not «a wine» my dessert (that I knew nothing about) came, and I declined coffe and got the bill. I can see some descriptions of service, the delicious food and winepairing here, but at least for me it didn’t come close to this.
