I was at the window for 5mins ringing the bell. Walked on side of the business the lady was outside smoking a cigarette. I asked her was she the worker and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and started back smoking her cigarette. It seemed like she was annoyed that I was there which was fine, I'll spend my money else where. I will never return and I suggest you go to Robears across the street Jeff hwy.

This just wasn’t good. I think the people who love it don’t know what a real snoball is. It was made of ice chunks like you’d get in a Walmart style shaved ice kit. It wasn’t the fine ice that Louisiana snoballs are made of. I had to stand at the window for about a minute until someone noticed me. Maybe there should be a bell or something so that customers aren’t waiting around. The cherry and bubblegum flavors tasted like the numbing medicine you’re given at the dentist. It just wasn’t a good experience.

Fantastic Snoballs with great flavors.Snoballs are full of flavor and ice 8s fine fine not chunky like other places we have been to..Banana Splits are Sooo Good as welll and The staff makes everything the way you like it..This is the only place my husband and family go to for Snoballs,Banana Splits and Hot Tamales,Nachos...Beautiful and Safe playground for kids to play and have fun while eating their flavorful Snoball and ice cream and Banana splits.Service is right on time as well... never have to wait unless theirs a line of people being served.and super nice and friendly staff and owners ....Always a great visit at Mr.Haneys Snack shack..
