I was very skeptical because of the price. I'm glad I can say I gave it a try, but $20+ for 4 little pieces of cake instead of 4 cookies was not what I was looking for at all! The taste was good and the texture was fluffy because it was cake but I ordered cookies.. Not cake in the shape of cookies. Definitely disappointed! If I'm going to spend $20+ for four cookies, I can go to Crumbl to get REAL BIG cookies that I can actually share for that price.I'm appalled that the lady told me, "the cookies taste better than mama's cookies."I'm sorry but that was not cookies and I will not be spreading the word or coming back.

These cookies are definitely made with love. I also especially love the secure packaging and personalized messages written on the container. Might I also add that every delivery that I've order have ALWAYS arrived warm. I've ordered several times from UberEats and once directly through the site (and I assume an actual employee delivers them if you order through the site). The quality was nothing short of amazing. 10/10

At first I was skeptical because of the price but it's worth every dime. We ordered butter pecan, white macadamia, red velvet and strawberry short cake (1 of each). Those were the best cookies I've tasted. They were delivered warm!! Amazing. Next time I'm in New Orleans I will be stopping by in person.

I’ve been wanting to try NOLA Cookie for a while and got the opportunity the other day. They have a decent selection to choose from and you can preorder for a select date/time and they will bring it out to your car when you arrive. I went to the harahan location and ordered the oatmeal raisin cookie, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, chocolate chip as well as a brownie. when i first got the cookies they were warm and fresh - but for me the rest is how the cookies are on the second or third day; and based on that the oatmeal cookies did well and the brownie still tasted amazing on the third day. the chocolate chip cookies were hard the next day and i like softer cookies. overall the taste was good as well - you could taste the brown sugar or the sweetener so at times the cookie tasted like a praline cake cookie but overall decent cookies with good flavor
