Ordered and paid online. Had receipt and confirmation email. Was told when I arrived that my pizzas were ready, but my card was declined. I could see in my banking app that was false. They are trying to extort money. Beware of paying online for a pickup. I left with no pizza and I'll be disputing the transaction. They were generally unpleasant the manager couldn't be bothered to walk up to help. I'm sure the employees will enjoy their free pizza for the night even though they didn't get the extra cash.

Decent customer service and friendly rep who answered the phone when I asked a question. The food was of good quality and the temperature was just right. This was my first time trying the melt and it was PACKED with different meats! I definitely recommend the melt, it was so full and fulfilling. I had to save some for the next day.

My husband and I often order from this location, and the pizza tasted just fine. Around 3:00am we both started having symptoms of food poisoning. We’re going on 5 hours with this. We’re miserable.

No chicken for the chicken Alfredo cheese sticks wasn’t cut into slices it was disgusting. There was a huge amount of grease at the top and the bottom of the pizza

Just a heads up to be a bit more careful preparing the pizzas as we ordered two pizzas and the crusts were switched. And while the pizzas were still tasty, it was a bit disappointing to not get our pizzas as ordered. It definitely took away some of the enjoyment of pizza we order regularly and have grown to love. So please, be more aware and get the ordered correct.

Ordered delivery & they outsourced the delivery to Doordash. & still charged a delivery fee. When if I ordered thru Doordash I wouldn't have been charged a delivery fee. & when it was delivered the pizza was ice cold.
