This location is always lovely, and pretty. But it’s also the only location I’ve seen that doesn’t “hot” brew its Christmas jingle bells and other flavored coffees. They only cold brew the flavors.

I have been going to this pjs for a while to study and I have never had a problem with the music being loud. Even if it was a little loud in the past the barista would turn it down. This time around the barista said there is nothing she can do because of her manager. Alot of students and people in general come here to study and for the music to be blasting is crazy.

This is one of my favorite locations. Julia and her colleagues (baristas) who work the drive-thru are so sweet and friendly. I always order the vanilla velvet ice with oat milk and a blueberry muffin warmed. They never disappoint. The service is amazing. They make you feel welcomed every time. Ms Holly the General Manager has an awesome staff and I look forward to seeing them next time. Keep up the good work ladies, customers like myself appreciate being greeted with a smile and a positive attitude.
Horrible service. I sat at the drive thru window w/o anyone telling me the speaker was broken. At window, the sl obbish girl who looked unkept, hair not brushed, was extremely rude. No smile or greeting, at all!!! This is the second time I've had horrible service from this location, so I left. I guess you'll be closing your doors , soon.
This is the first time I've come across a coffee shop and wine bar, and it did not disappoint.The coffee selection is excellent, with both hot and cold brews available. If you want a sweet treat during the hot summer, get a Granita; it will not disappoint.I've been a fan of PJs since back when they had only one store on Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans.Pro tip: if you are going there to work on your laptop, ensure you get a receipt; the wifi password is at the bottom.
