Tried to order here and the owner refused to make my drink the way I wished and wanted me to add sugar that I was was requesting. I have never went into a coffee shop and they refused sugar. I wonder how she handles drive thru request.

Great customer service!! Excellent diversity in coffee choices. I had a Maple Street hot coffee and a King Cake iced coffee. I drink straight coffee (nothing additional) and can say both were amazing!! 👏 Can’t wait to try the other flavors! Keep up the great work and thank you for supporting Veterans!! 🙌

This is the absolute worst location ever. It is overpriced, has slow service, and the Wi-Fi never works. The employees are rude and lazy and it gives off the vibe that it is a franchise. I went here for 3 months until recently. I ordered a small granita, the cheapest one which is almost $6.00 , and I always forget they do not come with whip if you get it with no flavor, which to me makes zero sense. Whip cream is not a flavor. When I saw it and asked for whip, the server Hollie, gets bold and says “ that will be .75 cents” in a rude way. I laughed at her attitude and said to cancel the order. After she does it, she rips the refund receipt so I won’t have the internet code, yet the internet never works, but I always forget and I am glad I left because I had my laptop and not just my phone. I will never patronize this business again. They forget there is strong competition in the area with coffee and there is also the library.

We were shopping nearby and were able to walk to this PJs for a quick refuel. It's a large space with plenty of seating. Would make a great study/work space. They had plenty of pastries. The staff is kind and service was quick. Would recommend this location.

Great coffee, staff is amazing but sometimes the drive thru won’t pick up when I pull in due to my truck sits high, I used to it by now but it would be thoughtful if management put an extra motion sensor for the big trucks

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy with few tablas occupied. The barista was helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I got the King Cake Blended Espresso and my wife got a granita. Both were well made and served quickly. This is one of the best PJs locations in the greater NOLA metro area.
This location is always lovely, and pretty. But it’s also the only location I’ve seen that doesn’t “hot” brew its Christmas jingle bells and other flavored coffees. They only cold brew the flavors.

I have been going to this pjs for a while to study and I have never had a problem with the music being loud. Even if it was a little loud in the past the barista would turn it down. This time around the barista said there is nothing she can do because of her manager. Alot of students and people in general come here to study and for the music to be blasting is crazy.
