This location consistently has issues. I attempt to use this location due to it’s proximity to my gym but most of the times I come there is an issue. Usually no one answering the drive through (like just now). When I pull around there is no one in line ahead of me. No one inside. And the workers are just standing around talking or looking at their phone. When they do answer the drive through, they usually somehow mess up my order. There is a better chance of getting the wrong item or no service at all than getting what I order. Today will be the last time I attempt to use this location.

The on the headset, was incredibly rude. She saw at i was in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. I went to the window and i stated no one took my order and she said “You didn’t give me a chance to.” She acknowledged that she saw me and didn’t even say anything until I went to the window. They even took long to my sisters online order. Don’t go here, they love being inconsiderate and rude.

Prepare to wait in line for 10-20 mins if there is atleast one car ahead of you. Seems there is only one working blender.

I’ve been to this Smoothie King a few times, and unfortunately, they’ve gotten my order wrong every single time. Whether it’s the wrong ingredients or missing items, it’s becoming a bit frustrating. The staff is friendly, but there seems to be a consistent issue with order accuracy. It’s a shame because the smoothies themselves are always good, but I just wish they’d get my order right. Hoping they can improve on that, as I really do enjoy the drinks when everything’s correct!

I ordered a smoothie, the haulk the manger needs to train these workers how to make a smoothie. This is ridiculous everytime I go there my smoothie is not made properly.

On the door it said drive-thru only and I didn’t have a car so I waited in the drive-thru and they ignored me

I ordered my smoothie online from this store that was supposed to be open for another hour. My order went through and when I pulled up to the window, the staff simple said they’re closed. I stated that I ordered online and would I still be charged. They simply said yes and that was it. They didn’t help with getting a refund, didn’t offer to make my smoothie, didn’t even explain why they were closed an hour early. They were cold and rude and no one was trying to help. I will not be back to smoothie king, especially this store. The online hours and website need to correlate with the actual store hours so customers aren’t cheated out of their product or money. If the store was closed I never should’ve been able to place an order.

Wow. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I will be looking up the number for corporate. Went inside to order and not one person ever acknowledged me for the few minutes I stood there. I tried to make eye contact as they were busy with drive-thru orders, but neither person would look at me. I have never called to complain about any service (complete lack thereof in this case) but this just takes the cake. SMH

Went in to grab an energy drink, wasn’t even ordering a smoothie. I waited for a few minutes before giving up and leaving empty handed. No one would check me out. I made eye contact with several workers and got ignored. They had several workers just standing around doing nothing, so it wasn’t like they were too slammed to attend in store customers. Wasn’t greeted either.

Today I purchased a Chocolate Hulk and Jada fixed it too watery. She asked me did I want more fruit in it to thicken it up. I said NO. So, she fixed another that was to thick that after 25 minutes I still couldn't sip it through a straw. She ask me "What Now" when after I said it was still not right. I then showed her that I am a Smoothie King manager she replied "Nice Picture". I'm extremely disappointed with HER service and I won't be back to your location whenever I'm in that area.
