I’ve been to this smoothie king about four times now. previously i noticed my throat was kind of hurting after i drunk it but shrugged it off thinking it was something else. i started going to a different smoothie king for a few months , no problem. i went back to this one for the first time yesterday and it’s confirmed. I don’t know if they dont clean the machines or the fruit is old but I have the worst sore throat directly after drinking it! do not go to this location. You cant see what’s going on inside or if they are sanitary. All I know is something isn’t right with them.

Employee was rude. Had lots of facial expressions knew nothing about the product constantly rolled their eyes and had zero answers when you’re paying $15 for a drink you expect some type of customer service and knowledge. The reason people go here is it started as a supplement company it’s for health purposes. This guy didn’t know anything. I will not be back based on this experience for time purposes happened two minutes ago.

Let me start by saying I don’t ever leave reviews…this experience was just..that bad. I place my order at the microphone…i drive up and the girl at the window asks me what kind of smoothie I ordered. I repeat my order again. She hands me the receipt. I tell her the receipt does not have what i ordered on it. I see her ask the girl making the smoothies if the chocolate cocoa powder was added on my drink- she shook her head “no.” Then the girl at the window proceeds to give me the drink even though I saw the girl blatantly shake her head, that there wasn’t any cocoa in the smoothie. Straight up lied. I give it back to her, and ask for the drink that I ordered. Then she proceeds to ask me “oh what kind of toast did you get, again?” Seriously?? I gave you my order twice!
The second smoothie she hands me isn’t even BLENDED— Perhaps to spite me for giving the first smoothie back. The service industry is very tough—and these guys were swamped. I’m understanding of this. But when you make a mistake, fix it. Don’t lie to your customers.

Complete shit. Dont waste your time. Unless you get a 2 hour lunch break or dont need to be anywhere for half the day. I wouldn't bother trying to go here. Theres one like 5 minutes up the road on jeff highway. You likely can go there and get one and be back before this place even takes your order.

Tried to call but no answer. I got the açaí bowl and hot food poisoning. Went to urgent care and was confirmed. The people were very nice but I’m scarred from getting a smoothie. Worst feeling ever!!!

This location consistently has issues. I attempt to use this location due to it’s proximity to my gym but most of the times I come there is an issue. Usually no one answering the drive through (like just now). When I pull around there is no one in line ahead of me. No one inside. And the workers are just standing around talking or looking at their phone. When they do answer the drive through, they usually somehow mess up my order. There is a better chance of getting the wrong item or no service at all than getting what I order. Today will be the last time I attempt to use this location.

The on the headset, was incredibly rude. She saw at i was in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. I went to the window and i stated no one took my order and she said “You didn’t give me a chance to.” She acknowledged that she saw me and didn’t even say anything until I went to the window. They even took long to my sisters online order. Don’t go here, they love being inconsiderate and rude.

Prepare to wait in line for 10-20 mins if there is atleast one car ahead of you. Seems there is only one working blender.

I’ve been to this Smoothie King a few times, and unfortunately, they’ve gotten my order wrong every single time. Whether it’s the wrong ingredients or missing items, it’s becoming a bit frustrating. The staff is friendly, but there seems to be a consistent issue with order accuracy. It’s a shame because the smoothies themselves are always good, but I just wish they’d get my order right. Hoping they can improve on that, as I really do enjoy the drinks when everything’s correct!

I ordered a smoothie, the haulk the manger needs to train these workers how to make a smoothie. This is ridiculous everytime I go there my smoothie is not made properly.
