The workers have the nastiest attitudes. I prefer ordering ahead and I completely understand that when ordering ahead, it is preferred to not immediately go to the drive thru. Therefore, I ordered 4 minutes before arriving. There was no one in line at the drive thru and the girl working the drive thru had the worst attitude when we told her about the mobile order. Although there was no one in line, she continued to emphasize how much of an inconvenience mobile ordering was. I will not make the mistake of ordering here again. And the coffee was watered down and tasted awful.

Ordered a venti shaken Expresso with extra shot and after the foam settled from the shake pretty much lost 25% of my drink. Paid for a venti and actually received a tall. You guys need to do better.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area and this one is consistently the slowest by far. It should not take 30 minutes to make an iced cold brew. None of the other Starbucks seem to have this problem.

I gave these ladies a chance . I left the store and called , asked to speak to manager on duty! I had no chance! From my receiving end the response I got was , if I didn't want the respodent's help I was just going to have to keep calling because the manager was in the store , but was conducting interviews. Unfortunately the person that answered the phone was the one that made my drink. In other words the only choice was to complain to her about her behavior.. i had been driving from California to luisiana and stopped here to grab an americano. I had just one request, steamed cream on the side . There was a bit of slow walking going on in the store . The one person making the drinks had quite a deflated attitude!! I refused to take my now warm americano since the milk just wasn't ready . Asked if I wanted the drink remade I said Yes. Welp. This time the drink came , the cream was poured in there and it was shoved onto the counter ready to go . I asked for raw sugar and grabbed my " stuff " my drink wasn't what I ordered for , the barrista 's behavior was abrasive i was so uncomfortable that this behavior was deliberate ! I took what was decided upon ! not at all what I had asked or paid for . I am not coming back to this store, i refuse to spend my time and money where I am not welcome

Update: Why do I even try? Ordered (delivery) an Apple Macchiato this morning and received some kind of apple and peppermint(??) catastrophe!! For sure the most disgusting drink I’ve ever tasted. What in the actual heck is going on at this place.

(Bailey L., your Venti PSL with Vanilla Sweet Cream ended up in the same bag as my drink this morning, sorry!!) And it’s because it doesn’t matter if you order in the drive-thru, the store, the app, or get delivery, they cannot seem to get orders right. (Especially hot vs cold drinks.) And here they are today packaging an UberEats and DoorDash order together and then giving the driver attitude when he tried to find the other half of my order. Ridiculous.
