The only thing good here was my coffee. If you are looking to work or study this is not the location. Speakers are set right above tables and music is blasting (full nightclub). Kid play area where two moms setup with their kids letting them scream and run around for over an hour. Throwing toys, and rolling aLL over the floor. When I asked for the music to be turned down slightly they told me they could not it was broken…. Well you should cut it off. I am in a Starbucks at least 3xs a week and this one was by far the worst experience.

My husband and I typically order 2 lattes (varying types depending on the season) and 2 bacon sausage egg wraps 7-8am. The lattes have been great! The wraps are a hit or miss on whether they’re heated up all the way.
Also, we know they’re fudging their metrics because they always have us wait a little longer at the speaker or right before the window when no one is in front of us, which is kind of annoying. It’s the same two people that are running the drive thru between 7am and 8am Tuesday thru Thursday that keep doing this.

The workers have the nastiest attitudes. I prefer ordering ahead and I completely understand that when ordering ahead, it is preferred to not immediately go to the drive thru. Therefore, I ordered 4 minutes before arriving. There was no one in line at the drive thru and the girl working the drive thru had the worst attitude when we told her about the mobile order. Although there was no one in line, she continued to emphasize how much of an inconvenience mobile ordering was. I will not make the mistake of ordering here again. And the coffee was watered down and tasted awful.

Ordered a venti shaken Expresso with extra shot and after the foam settled from the shake pretty much lost 25% of my drink. Paid for a venti and actually received a tall. You guys need to do better.

Always wonderful people here, I've never had a bad day when I go to this location.
I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area and this one is consistently the slowest by far. It should not take 30 minutes to make an iced cold brew. None of the other Starbucks seem to have this problem.
