I was in the city and needed a place to eat. The lady at the truck stop said that they had hot food there. I went to see for myself and fell in love with the shrimp, fries, and salad. The owners was very friendly and respectful!! Most of all they reminded me of home!! And I couldn’t see anyone upset about there orders and atmosphere. I mean you have to try it! Better then going down town New Orleans!

Found out about this place from Gen a friend of mine. We were talking about the best of's and she told me that T&B made the best yakamein. I told her there way no way it beat out another Uptown hood favorite...NEVER!!! We went 01/30/2020...it is a complete mess in there. Mardi Gras OMG can I make it to the cash register in one piece...17 bodies in a 6x6 area waiting on hot deliciousness of all kinds. I got the gizzards...was cheated the order that came before mine was...

Great place for quick good lunch. Large portions. Cheap prices. Hard to park. Very busy. Forgot to mention good breakfast for a good price. Cheaper than fast food more Health you better quality.
